Description
以上の考察のように、RPV10のジェットポンプ組立体85は、一般に、RPV10と炉心シュラウド30の間に位置するダウンカマ環状部25内に配置されている。一般に、ジェットポンプ組立体85は、移行ピース120と、移行ピース120から下方にRPV10の壁の外部に沿った再循環入口90へと延びる入口ライザ100と、移行ピース120から下方に、炉心シュラウド30の底部とRPV10を連結するポンプデッキ125の穴を覆って装着された一対のディフューザ115へと延びる一対の入口混合器95とを備える。入口ライザ100は、一般に、炉心シュラウド30の壁と平行に、ダウンカマ環状部25内部で垂直且つ下方に延びる筒状のライザパイプ130と、入口ライザ100の底部から下方に延びて、再循環入口90の方向に外側に曲がる筒状ライザエルボ135とを含む。入口ライザ100は、普通は円筒状且つ筒状であり、移行ピース120とエルボ135の間に縦方向に直線の構造を有する。エルボ135の外端部は、再循環入口90内の熱スリーブと連結することができる。移行ピース120は、入口ライザ100の頂部で横向き両方向に延びて、入口ライザ100の両側の入口混合器95と連結することができる。入口混合器95は、通常、入口ライザ100に平行に、ダウンカマ環状部25内部で垂直方向に配向される。拘束ブラケット140は、入口混合器95と入口ライザ100の間に取り付けられて、入口混合器95を横方向に支持することができる。

Claims (9)
- 入口ライザを前記入口ライザの支持手段に固定する装置であって、
前記入口ライザの表面に対合するように形成され、複数の連結構造を備えるサドルと、
前記入口ライザの支持手段に固定するように構成された複数のライザクランプブラケットと、
を備え、
前記ライザクランプブラケットのそれぞれは、前記複数の連結構造のうちの対応する連結構造と対合するように構成された対合構造を含み、
前記対合構造と前記対応する連結構造とが、前記サドルを前記ライザクランプブラケットに前記入口ライザの縦方向軸と垂直の第1の方向のみに引き込み、
前記対合が、前記サドルを前記入口ライザの表面に前記第1の方向に引き込む、
装置。 - 前記サドルが、前記入口ライザの外周の一部と合致する半円形状を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記連結構造のそれぞれが、穴のあいた平らな表面を有し、
前記対合構造のそれぞれが、前記対応する連結構造の前記穴を貫通する対合棒を有する、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記対合棒が前記第1の方向に延びる、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記対応する連結構造の前記穴を貫通した後に、対応する前記対合棒と結合するように各々が構成された複数の締結具をさらに備え、
前記締結具は、前記サドルを前記ライザクランプブラケットに対して前記第1の方向に付勢し、かつ前記サドルを前記入口ライザに対して前記第1の方向に付勢する、
請求項4に記載の装置。 - 前記対合棒はねじ山がつけられ、
前記締結具のそれぞれは、対応する対応棒に前記第1の方向にねじ締めするように構成されたナットである、
請求項5に記載の装置。 - 前記サドルが、前記ライザクランプブラケットおよび前記入口ライザと直接対合する単一で連続的な部品である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記サドルは、前記入口ライザの支持手段の2つのサイドメンバの間の軸方向隙間に適合するように形成されて、前記ライザクランプブラケットを前記軸方向隙間で結合する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ライザクランプブラケットのそれぞれは、前記入口ライザの支持手段と直接固定するように構成された単一の連続的な部品である、請求項1に記載の装置。
