Claims (1)
- ディーゼルエンジンの燃料加熱装置であって、前記燃料加熱装置は、
前記エンジンの第1側面に接続される一列に配列された複数のランナーと排気筒との間に形成される排気熱回収タンクを有し、前記ランナーから導入された排気熱で加熱される主加熱部と、
燃料を前記エンジンに供給するように、燃料タンクから延出される燃料供給管と、を含み、
前記排気熱回収タンクは平坦な上部及び下部を有し、上記ランナー側で前記複数のランナーの直径の総和に実質的に対応する第1幅を有し、所定の距離だけ前記第1幅にして前記排気筒側に延長されている第1部分を備え、
前記第1部分の厚さは前記第1幅より小さく、
前記燃料供給管は前記第1部分の外部を囲んで巻かれており、
前記主加熱部は、第1熱伝導ブロック及び第2熱伝導ブロックを含み、
前記第1熱伝導ブロックは、前記排気熱回収タンクの上部と前記燃料供給管と接触するように配置され、
前記第2熱伝導ブロックは、前記排気熱回収タンクの下部と前記燃料供給管と接触するように配置され、
前記主加熱部は第1断熱カバー及び第2断熱カバーを含み、
前記第1断熱カバーは前記第1熱伝導ブロック上に配置され、
前記第2断熱カバーは前記第2熱伝導ブロック下に配置され、
前記第1熱伝導ブロックと前記第1断熱カバーとの間に第1断熱材が配置され、
前記第2熱伝導ブロックと前記第2断熱カバーとの間に第2断熱材が配置されることを特徴とする、燃料加熱装置。
