Claims (8)
- 歯科用インプラントのための装置であって:
患者の骨に植設されるために適応する外部のネジ壁(3)を有して、上から接近可能な雌ネジを有する円柱状の軸方向の空洞(1a)を備えたインプラント(1)と;義歯を支持するために適応し、該インプラント(1)の該空洞(1a)の雌ネジとらせん状に連結されるように適応するねじ軸を備えた幹と;該インプラント(1)の該空洞(1a)の該雌ネジにらせん状に連結されるように適応し、患者の骨組織が再構成されるまで該インプラント(1)内部で維持されるように設計されたねじ切りされた軸(4a、14a、24a)を含む仮設ネジ(4;14;24)と;を含む装置において、該仮設ネジ(4;14;24)が一体成形において全体的にNdFeB(ネオジム‐鉄‐ボロン)永久磁石で作成されることにおいて特徴付けられる装置。 - 前記仮設ネジ(4;14;24)が、少なくとも部分的に、ニッケル、銅、亜鉛、スズ、銀、金、チタン、樹脂または該材料の合成物の薄い被覆層で被覆されることにおいて特徴付けられる、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記薄い被覆層が50ミクロンより薄いことにおいて特徴付けられる、請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記インプラント(1)の外部表面から1mmの距離で得られる最小磁場が50ガウスより高いまたは等しいことにおいて特徴付けられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記インプラント(1)の最大厚さが10mmより低いことにおいて特徴付けられる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記仮設ネジ(4)が前記患者の歯茎の粘膜(M)によって被覆されるように適応する薄い頭部を備えた被覆ネジであることにおいて特徴付けられる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記仮設ネジ(14)が前記患者の歯茎の粘膜(M)の外側にとどまる厚さを有する頭部を備えた治療ネジであることにおいて特徴付けられる、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記仮設ネジ(24)が幹(10)を前記インプラント(1)に固定するために適応する保持ネジであることにおいて特徴付けられる、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
