Description
Claims (2)
- トリガ信号に基づいてパルスレーザ光を発生させて送信パルスとして出力するレーザ光源と、
前記送信パルスのペンシル状の送信ビームを、受光素子の長尺方向及びこの受光素子の長尺方向と直交する方向の2次元スキャンしながらターゲットに向け送信パルスを送信するとともに、スキャン角度情報を出力するスキャナと、
前記送信パルスが前記ターゲットにより散乱された後、到来した受信光を受信する受信レンズと、
前記受信光を電気信号領域からなる受信信号に変換して出力する、長尺受光素子を受光素子の長尺方向と直交する方向にアレイ状に並べた長尺受光素子アレイと、
前記受信信号を増幅するするトランスインピーダンスアンプアレイと、
前記トランスインピーダンスアンプアレイの各素子からの受信信号を加算する加算回路と、
前記加算回路からの出力信号のターゲットまでの光往復時間を計測する距離検出回路と、
前記スキャン角度情報と対応させながら前記スキャナを2次元スキャン動作させることにより、前記光往復時間及び光速に基づき前記ターゲット上の多点までの距離を求めて、前記ターゲットの3次元形状を計測する信号処理部と
を備えたレーザレーダ装置。 - トリガ信号に基づいてパルスレーザ光を発生させて送信パルスとして出力するレーザ光源と、
前記送信パルスをライン状ビームに成形して出力するビーム成形レンズと、
前記送信パルスのライン状の送信ビームを、受光素子の長尺方向と直交する方向の1次元スキャンしながらターゲットに向け送信パルスを送信するとともに、スキャン角度情報を出力するスキャナと、
前記送信パルスが前記ターゲットにより散乱された後、到来した受信光を受信する受信レンズと、
前記受信光を電気信号領域からなる受信信号に変換して出力する、長尺受光素子を受光素子の長尺方向と直交する方向にアレイ状に並べた長尺受光素子アレイと、
前記受信信号を増幅するするトランスインピーダンスアンプアレイと、
前記トランスインピーダンスアンプアレイの各素子からの出力信号のターゲットまでの光往復時間を計測する距離検出回路アレイと、
前記スキャン角度情報と対応させながら前記スキャナを1次元スキャン動作させることにより、前記光往復時間及び光速に基づき前記ターゲット上の多点までの距離を求めて、前記ターゲットの3次元形状を計測する信号処理部と、
前記距離検出回路アレイの各素子と前記信号処理部を切り替え接続するマルチプレクサと
を備えたレーザレーダ装置。
