Claims (10)
- クランク軸(100)と少なくとも一つのコンロッド(200)とから成り、コンロッド(200)がクランク軸(100)のクランクピン(102)に据え付けられる大きな端部(201)を備え、クランクピン(102)と大きな端部(201)の支持面(108、202)は、装置が作動される時にコンロッド(200)の大きな端部(201)とクランクピン(102)との間に作用する力を支持する荷重支持領域にて互いに密接接触し、荷重支持領域におけるクランクピン(102)の支持面(108)が長手方向軸部分において凹状に彎曲された輪郭を形成し、そして大きな端部(201)の支持面(202)がクランクピン(102)の凹状輪郭と密接接触している凸状輪郭を形成するクランク駆動装置において、

- クランク軸に作用する力を支持する荷重支持領域におけるメインジャーナル(101)の支持面(110)が長手方向軸部分において凹状彎曲輪郭を形成し、有限要素方法或いは近似方法により、このメインジャーナル(101)の支持面(110)の輪郭は、本質的に等価応力が時間平均で支持面(110)に全体的に一様に分布されるように決定されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のクランク軸。
- 荷重支持面(108、110)が連続曲率をもつ両側面でウエブ(103)の支持推力面(111)に結合させることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のクランク軸。
- 支持面(108、110)の荷重支持領域が支持面の中心(112)に対称的である連続彎曲輪郭を形成することを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のクランク軸。
- 輪郭の対称的部分がより高い等級の多項式函数によって記載されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のクランク軸。
- メインジャーナル(101)とクランクピン(102)の支持面(110、108)が異なって彎曲されていることを特徴とする請求項2乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のクランク軸。
- メインジャーナル(101)とクランクピン(102)が鋳造の場合に中空部分(105、106)を含有することを特徴とする請求項2乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のクランク軸。
- カウンタウエイト(107)が不均衡を補償するためにウエブ(103)に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のクランク軸。
- クランク軸のクランクピンを収容する大きな端部(201)から成り、大きな端部(201)がコンロッドの大きな端部(201)に作用する力を支持する荷重支持領域を備える支持面(202)から成る、請求項1に記載のクランク駆動装置用のコンロッドにおいて、荷重支持領域における大きな端部(201)の支持面(202)が長手方向軸部分において凸状彎曲輪郭を形成することを特徴とするコンロッド。
