Description
また、本発明のヒーターの上限温度安全停止装置は、AC電力回路を介してAC電力から電力供給を受けるヒーターの上限温度安全停止装置であってAC電力回路内に配置され、ヒーター(16)へのAC電力をオン・オフできる上限スイッチ(300)と、DC電源(294)からの低電圧DC電力により電力供給を受けるとともに、(1)ヒーター(16)が発生する熱を検知するのに十分な近さでヒーター(16)に隣接して配置されている温度センサー(50)が感知した温度を、事前設定上限温度パラメータと比較し、(2)温度センサー(50)が感知した温度が事前設定上限温度を超えた場合には、上限スイッチ(300)によりヒーター(16)へのAC電力をオフにし、(3)上限スイッチ(300)によりヒーター(16)へのAC電力をオフにした後は、(i)上限スイッチ(300)がヒーター(16)へのAC電力をオフにした後に、上限制御回路(298)への低電圧DC電力(294)が停止された後に再始動されること、および(ii)温度センサー(50)により感知された温度が事前設定上限温度を超えないこと、の両方の条件を受けたときにのみ、上限スイッチ(300)によりヒーター(16)へのAC電力をオンに戻すようにプログラムされている上限制御回路(298)とを備えたことを特徴とするものである。
Claims (7)
- AC電力回路を介してAC電力から電力供給を受けるヒーターに上限温度安全停止を提供する制御方法であって、
ヒーターへのAC電力をオン・オフできる上限スイッチをAC電力回路内に配置し、
DC電源(294)からの低電圧DC電力により電力供給を受ける上限制御回路によって上限スイッチを制御し、かつ
(1)ヒーターが発生する熱を検知するのに十分な近さでヒーターに隣接して配置されている温度センサーが感知した温度を、事前設定上限温度パラメータと比較し、
(2)温度センサーが感知した温度が事前設定上限温度を超えた場合には、上限スイッチによりヒーターへのAC電力をオフにし、
(3)上限スイッチ(300)によりヒーター(16)へのAC電力をオフにした後は、次の両方の条件を受けたときにのみ、上限スイッチによりヒーターへのAC電力をオンに戻すようにプログラムされている制御方法。
(i)上限スイッチ(300)がヒーター(16)へのAC電力をオフにした後に、上限制御回路への低電圧DC電力が停止された後に再始動されること。
(ii)温度センサーにより感知された温度が事前設定上限温度を超えないこと。 - DC電源(294)を、そのDC電源(294)に電力を供給するAC電力から切断し、その後にAC電力をDC電源(294)に再接続することにより、上限制御回路(298)への低電圧DC電力を開始又は停止する請求項1に記載の制御方法。
- DC電源(294)を、そのDC電源(294)に電力を供給するAC電力から切断し、その後に、DC電源(294)の前方に電気的に接続されたスイッチを、AC電力がDC電源とオフになった後に再びオンになるように手動で操作することにより、AC電力をDC電源に再接続する請求項2に記載の制御方法。
- 上限制御回路(298)への低電圧DC電力を、DC電源と上限制御回路(298)との間に電気的に接続されたスイッチを、DC電力が上限制御回路(298)とオフになった後に再びオンになるように手動で操作することにより、開始及び停止する請求項1に記載の制御方法。
- AC電力回路を介してAC電力から電力供給を受けるヒーターの上限温度安全停止装置であって
AC電力回路内に配置され、ヒーター(16)へのAC電力をオン・オフできる上限スイッチ(300)と、
DC電源(294)からの低電圧DC電力により電力供給を受けるとともに、
(1)ヒーター(16)が発生する熱を検知するのに十分な近さでヒーター(16)に隣接して配置されている温度センサー(50)が感知した温度を、事前設定上限温度パラメータと比較し、
(2)温度センサー(50)が感知した温度が事前設定上限温度を超えた場合には、上限スイッチ(300)によりヒーター(16)へのAC電力をオフにし、
(3)上限スイッチ(300)によりヒーター(16)へのAC電力をオフにした後は、次の両方の条件を受けたときにのみ、上限スイッチ(300)によりヒーター(16)へのAC電力をオンに戻すようにプログラムされている上限制御回路(298)とを備えた装置。
(i)上限スイッチ(300)がヒーター(16)へのAC電力をオフにした後に、上限制御回路(298)への低電圧DC電力(294)が停止された後に再始動されること。
(ii)温度センサー(50)により感知された温度が事前設定上限温度を超えないこと。 - DC電源(294)の前方に電気的に接続されており、AC電力がDC電源(294)とオフになった後に再びオンになるように手動で操作可能なスイッチを有する請求項5に記載の装置。
- DC電源(294)と上限制御回路(298)との間に電気的に接続されており、DC電力が上限制御回路(298)とオフになった後に再びオンになるように手動で操作可能なスイッチを有する請求項5に記載の装置。
