Claims (4)
- 複数のヒータ装置のそれぞれに装着され、該装着された各ヒータ装置の表面温度に基づいて該表面温度が所定温度以上の場合に正常表示し、前記表面温度が前記所定温度未満である場合に異常表示をする複数のヒータ状態検出器と、
該複数のヒータ状態検出器に接続された1つの全体監視器であって、前記複数のヒータ状態検出器の少なくとも1つが異常表示をしているときに、警告表示をする全体監視器とを備え、
前記全体監視器が警告表示をしたとき、前記正常表示をしている前記ヒータ状態検出器が、前記装着されたヒータ装置の前記表面温度が前記所定温度以上であっても、前記正常表示を停止することを特徴とする複数ヒータ点検システム。 - 前記複数のヒータ状態検出器が直列に並んで前記複数のヒータ装置のそれぞれに装着されるものであり、
前記全体監視器が、前記直列に並んだ複数のヒータ状態検出器と直列に並んで接続するものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の複数ヒータ点検システム。 - 前記複数のヒータ装置が1つのヒータ装置群を構成し、前記複数のヒータ装置が、被加熱対象を所定領域毎に加熱するものであることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の複数ヒータ点検システム。
- 前記被加熱対象が配管群であり、
前記所定領域が前記配管群を構成する配管の少なくとも1部分であり、
前記複数のヒータ装置が、該各ヒータ装置を前記配管の少なくとも1部分にそれぞれ巻き付けて加熱するものであることを特徴とする請求項3記載の複数ヒータ点検システム。
