Claims (12)
- 任意の模様や色柄の印刷表現が可能であって全面又は広範囲にピンホールを透設した樹脂製化粧フィルムである第1層と、前記ピンホールに連通する前記ピンホールと同径の又はそれより大径の小径孔を前記ピンホールの透設位置に対応させて穿設した金属製薄板である第2層と、前記小径孔を1又は複数連通させる大径孔を形成した硬質不燃性ボードである第3層とから成ることを特徴とする吸音パネル。
- 更に第4層として、前記硬質不燃性ボードの裏面に当接する吸音材成型体である吸音材層を含む、請求項1に記載の吸音パネル。
- 前記吸音材層は、前記硬質不燃性ボードの各大径孔内に嵌入する吸音材ブロック群を一体に備えている、請求項2に記載の吸音パネル。
- 前記硬質不燃性ボードの各大径孔内に吸音材ブロックが嵌合される、請求項1に記載の吸音パネル。
- 前記硬質不燃性ボードのすべての又は一部の大径孔内に耐火性熱膨張材が装填される、請求項1に記載の吸音パネル。
- 前記耐火性熱膨張材は環状にされたものである、請求項5に記載の吸音パネル。
- 前記硬質不燃性ボードは暗色にされる、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の吸音パネル。
- 前記ピンホールは孔径が0.5mm前後である、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の吸音パネル。
- 前記小径孔は、前記ピンホールの1つと連通するように形成される、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の吸音パネル。
- 前記小径孔は、前記ピンホールの複数と連通し得るように形成される、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の吸音パネル。
- 前記金属製薄板は、0.5mm程度の厚さのアルミニウム板である、請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の吸音パネル。
- 前記樹脂製化粧フィルムは、吸臭、CO2 吸着、抗菌、防汚のうちの1又は複数の機能を有する、請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の吸音パネル。
