Description
実施例1〜12の組成および組成比は下記表1のとおりである。
実施例1〜12とそれぞれ同一の規格および方法によって光拡散プレートを製造するが、但し、基材層のベース樹脂として、アクリル酸が一部共重合されているポリスチレン樹脂(ガラス転移温度115℃)のみを使用し、実施例15および16では基材層の一面に表面層を形成し、実施例17および18では基材層の両面に表面層を形成した。
実施例1〜12とそれぞれ同一の規格および方法で光拡散プレートを製造するが、但し、拡散ビーズの種類をアクリル系樹脂ビーズからシリコンビーズに変え、実施例21〜22では基材層の一面に表面層を形成し、実施例23および24では基材層の両面に表面層を形成した。具体的な組成は、下記表5のとおりである。

Claims (7)
- ポリカーボネート系樹脂とポリスチレン系樹脂とが1:9〜9:1の混合比率(重量比)で混合された混合物のベース樹脂で形成された基材層と、
前記基材層の少なくとも一面に形成された表面層と、
前記表面層の少なくとも一面に形成されたパターン層とを含んでなり、
前記表面層と前記パターン層とは別体であり、
前記表面層はスチレン−アクリル系共重合樹脂で形成され、
40%以上の全光線透過率を有する、光拡散プレート。 - 90%以下のヘイズおよび80%以上の全光線透過率を有する、請求項1に記載の光拡散プレート。
- 粒径100μm以下の光拡散剤をさらに含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の光拡散プレート。
- 前記光拡散剤は、アクリル系重合体粒子;スチレン系重合体粒子;オレフィン系重合体粒子;アクリル系とスチレン系との共重合体の粒子;アクリル系とオレフィン系との共重合体の粒子;スチレン系とオレフィン系との共重合体の粒子;前記単独重合体、共重合体または三元共重合体の粒子を形成した後、その粒子の表面を他の種類の単量体で覆って形成することにより得られる多層多成分系粒子;シロキサン系重合体粒子;フッ素系樹脂粒子;炭酸カルシウム粒子;硫酸バリウム粒子;酸化珪素粒子;水酸化アルミニウム粒子;酸化チタニウム粒子;酸化ジルコニウム粒子;フッ化マグネシウム粒子;タルク粒子;ガラス粒子;およびマイカの中から選ばれた少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の光拡散プレート。
- 前記パターン層は、断面多角形、半円形または半楕円形の多面体形状、または断面多角形、半円形または半楕円形の柱形状を有する多数のパターンを含み、それぞれのパターンは互いに隣接しており或いは隣接していないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の光拡散プレート。
- 前記ポリスチレン系樹脂は105℃以上のガラス転移温度を持つことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の光拡散プレート。
- 前記ポリスチレン系樹脂は、アクリル酸が共重合されたポリスチレン系樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の光拡散プレート。
