Description
Claims (7)
- (a)無機バインダー溶液を製造する段階;
(b)形成しようとする芯材の形態に応じた形態を有するグラスウールを前記無機バインダー溶液に浸漬させる段階;
(c)前記グラスウールをチャンバーの上部にローディングする段階;
(d)前記チャンバー内に真空を形成し、前記グラスウールに残留する前記無機バインダー溶液を前記チャンバーの内部に排出する段階;及び
(e)前記グラスウールを乾燥し、真空断熱パネル製造のための芯材形態に成形する段階;を含むことを特徴とする真空断熱パネル用芯材の製造方法。 - 前記無機バインダーは、セメント、硫酸カルシウム、石膏、泥、粘土、ケイ酸ナトリウム、ケイ酸アルミナ、ケイ酸カルシウム及びシリカから選択された一つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の真空断熱パネル用芯材の製造方法。
- 前記無機バインダー溶液は、前記無機バインダー0.5〜4重量%及び残量の水で製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の真空断熱パネル用芯材の製造方法。
- 前記(d)段階及び前記(e)段階は同時に行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の真空断熱パネル用芯材の製造方法。
- 前記(e)段階の乾燥は、300〜450℃の温度で5〜15分間行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の真空断熱パネル用芯材の製造方法。
- 前記(d)段階で、前記グラスウールは前記真空によって圧下されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の真空断熱パネル用芯材の製造方法。
- 前記グラスウールの圧下率は70〜80%であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の真空断熱パネル用芯材の製造方法。
