Description
Claims (15)
- 顕微鏡用照明システムにおいて、
a.2つの非平行光ビームを作り出す少なくとも1つの光源と、
b.前記2つの非平行光ビームが2つの平行レンズに向かって別々に通過する2つの集束レンズと、
c.前記2つの非平行光ビームのそれぞれを別々に平行化し、前記2つの平行光ビームをビーム分割器へ送る前記2つの平行レンズと、
d.前記2つの平行光ビームの一部を対象面へ反射し、それによって前記2つの平行光ビームが前記対象面で部分的に重複する、前記ビーム分割器と、を備えている、顕微鏡用照明システム。 - 前記2つの平行光ビームの前記軸に対して斜角を成してオフセットされる前記対象面に送出される少なくとも1つの非平行光ビームを追加した、請求項1に記載の発明。
- 前記ビーム分割器の裏側に反射防止光吸収体を追加した、請求項1に記載の発明。
- 前記2つの平行光ビームのそれぞれが、実質的に互いに平行であり且つ実質的に同じ平面にある中心を有している、請求項1に記載の発明。
- 前記対象面の前面に透過され、前記2つの平行光ビームの中心の軸によって作られる平面に対して斜角を成してオフセットされる軸を有する中心を有している第3の光ビームを更に備えている、請求項1に記載の発明。
- 前記第3の光ビームが全視野の範囲を照明する、請求項5に記載の発明。
- 前記2つの平行光ビームの強度を調整する手段を更に備えている、請求項1に記載の発明。
- 前記2つの平行光ビームの幅を調整する手段を更に備えている、請求項1に記載の発明。
- 前記第3の光ビームの強度を調整する手段を更に備えている、請求項5に記載の発明。
- 前記第3の光ビームの幅を調整する手段を更に備えている、請求項5に記載の発明。
- 一方で前記2つの平行光ビームと、他方で前記第3の光ビームと、の間で光の強度の比率を調整する手段を更に備えている、請求項5に記載の発明。
- 前記2つの平行光ビームが前記対象面に対して0度の入射角を成す、請求項1に記載の発明。
- 前記2つの平行光ビームが対物レンズより下方にある、請求項1に記載の発明。
- 前記2つの平行光ビームが対物レンズを通過しない、請求項1に記載の発明。
- ビーム分割器より下方の前記2つの平行光ビームが、対物レンズより上方の観察ビームと実質的に同じ軸を有する、請求項1に記載の発明。
