Claims (15)
- 哺乳類の創傷治療に使用される装置であって、
該装置は、前記創傷を覆う被覆材を備え、該被覆材は実質的にシールされて前記創傷に周囲雰囲気空気が自由流入及び放出するのを防いでおり、
周囲雰囲気の侵入に対して創傷と被覆材との間の入口ポイントにシールされた吸引導管により、前記被覆材と前記創傷との間の空間に操作可能に接続された吸引手段を備え、前記導管は前記創傷を吸引すると共に前記創傷と前記被覆材との間の前記空間から流体を除去するものであり、
前記吸引導管に操作可能に接続され、廃棄すべき流体を受ける廃棄物容器を備え、かつ、 前記吸引済み流体を加熱して、その蒸気圧を高めると共に蒸発を生じさせて前記廃棄物容器内の流体の量を減らすための加熱手段を備え、
前記吸引済み流体廃棄物は、前記廃棄物容器に噴霧ノズルを介して排出される装置。 - 前記廃棄物容器は、前記創傷部位に操作可能に接続された状態で、前記吸引手段と前記導管との間に介在する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱手段は、抵抗加熱体を備える請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記抵抗加熱体は、前記廃棄物容器と接触するマット又はブランケットである請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記抵抗加熱体は、吸引済み流体が通過する導管である請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記抵抗加熱体は、前記廃棄流体が越えて通過する堰である請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記廃棄物容器の排気口には、ガス及びガス蒸気のみを通過させるフィルタ手段が設けられている請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記廃棄物容器には、前記吸引済み流体に更なるガス供給が与えられる請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ガス供給は、前記廃棄物容器内の流体廃棄物を通過するように構成されている請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記ガス供給は、バルブ手段により与えられたブリードガスである請求項9に係る装置。
- 前記ガス供給は、前記吸引手段により吸引される前に、最初に前記創傷を覆う前記被覆材を通過するように構成されている請求項9または10に記載の装置。
- 前記被覆材を介したガス供給は、別の導管を介して、前記創傷を覆う被覆材内に行われる請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記吸引手段は、前記廃棄物容器と前記導管との間に介在される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱の装置が、前記創傷の下流にある請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の装置を用いて、前記吸引済み流体を加熱してその蒸気圧を高めると共に蒸発を生じさせて前記廃棄物容器内の流体の量を減らす創傷滲出液処理方法。
