Description
i)触媒をその場で処理し、
ii)触媒を水と接触させ、
iii)触媒を100〜400℃の温度範囲内で処理し、
iv)触媒を0.1〜2MPaの圧力範囲内で処理し、
v)触媒を0.1〜24hの期間にわたって処理し、
vi)触媒を0.1〜100h-1の比触媒負荷で処理する
ことにより特徴付けられる。
分解を、熱媒体油(Sasol Olefins & Surfactants GmbH製Marlotherm SH)が流れる加熱マントルを備えた固定床反応器中で実施した。触媒として、欧州特許(EP)第1 894 621号明細書に記載された触媒を使用した。出発物質として、99.7質量%の純度を有する工業品質のMTBE(Evonik Oxeno GmbH社製DRIVERON(登録商標))を使用した。
分解を、前記の条件下で約6000時間の期間にわたって実施した。
Claims (7)
- アルカリ金属及び/又はアルカリ土類金属、酸化アルミニウム及び酸化ケイ素の群からの混合酸化物を含有する触媒を再生する方法であって、
再生が次の特徴を含む:
i)触媒をその場で処理し、
ii)触媒を水と接触させ、
iii)触媒を100〜400℃の温度範囲内で処理し、
iv)触媒を0.1〜2MPaの圧力範囲内で処理し、
v)触媒を0.1〜24hの期間にわたって処理し、
vi)触媒を0.1〜100h-1の比触媒負荷で処理し、
イソブテン及びメタノールへのメチル−t−ブチルエーテル(MTBE)の気相分解に引き続き、触媒を再生し、かつ
再生を、水蒸気を用いて、まず最初にMTBEフィード流を止め、引き続き水蒸気をフィードとして使用することによって、実施する
ことを特徴とする、触媒を再生する方法。 - 温度範囲が150〜380℃である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 温度範囲が200〜350℃である、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 圧力範囲が0.2〜1MPaである、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 触媒の処理を、1〜10hの期間にわたって行う、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 触媒の処理を、2〜6hの期間にわたって行う、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 触媒の処理を0.5〜30h-1の比触媒負荷で行う、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
