Description
気中に開口させ、一方の端の開口から他方の端の開口までを密封し、前記溝もしくはキャピラリーチューブを通して前記蓄熱槽の内部と大気中とを連通させ、前記一方の端の開口と前記他方の端の開口とは前記蓄熱槽の馬蹄形状の一方の端に設けたものである。これによって、蓄熱槽の内部で発生する蓄熱材の蒸気による圧力上昇を低減させるとともに、溝もしくはキャピラリーチューブの開口面積を小さく設定することで蒸気が過度に大気へ出ないようにしている。さらに、溝もしくはキャピラリーチューブを蓄熱槽の上部で且つ槽の外周に沿って略全周に渡り配設しているため、蓄熱装置が前後左右いずれかの方向に傾き、蓄熱材が溝もしくはキャピラリーチューブ内へ浸入した場合でも、溝もしくはキャピラリーチューブ内の蓄熱材の液面は蓄熱槽内部の液面といずれかの位置で物理的にバランスされるため、液面が溝もしくはキャピラリーチューブの大気への開口部まで到達せず、蓄熱材が外部へ漏れることはない。従って、この蓄熱装置を空気調和機に組付けする時や、空気調和機を運搬したり、据付したりするときに蓄熱装置が傾いても蓄熱材の漏洩を防ぐことができる。また、蓄熱装置を、空気調和機の室外機に設けた圧縮機に外接するように配置したものであり、圧縮機の廃熱を蓄熱装置に蓄熱して、その蓄熱エネルギーを用いて空気調和機の暖房運転特性を改善できる。
熱槽と勘合させるとともに、勘合溝内に前記溝を設けたことにより、溝の構成が容易にできると同時に、蓋の着脱が可能で蓄熱槽の組立性やサービス性を良くすることができる。
図1は、本発明に係る蓄熱装置を備えた空気調和機の構成を示しており、空気調和機は、冷媒配管で互いに接続された室外機2と室内機4とで構成されている。
房時には熱交換により冷却された空気を室内に吹き出す。上下羽根は、室内機4から吹き出される空気の方向を必要に応じて上下に変更し、左右羽根は、室内機4から吹き出される空気の方向を必要に応じて左右に変更する。
度を検出する温度センサ44が設けられており、非着霜時に比べて、蒸発温度が低下したことを温度センサ44で検出すると、制御装置から通常暖房運転から除霜・暖房運転への指示が出力される。
次に、上記構成の蓄熱装置の作用を説明する。
蓄積し、通常暖房運転から除霜・暖房運転に移行したときに、第2配管20における室内熱交換器16とストレーナ10の間で分流した液相冷媒の一部が、蓄熱熱交換器34で蓄熱材36から吸熱し蒸発、気相化するためのものであることから、圧縮機6で発生した熱の吸熱効率および保温効率が高いほど好ましい。

Claims (4)
- 大気開放型の蓄熱装置であって、圧縮機の外周表面と接するように馬蹄形に構成された蓄熱槽と、前記蓄熱槽に収納された蓄熱材とを備え、前記蓄熱槽の上部に蓄熱槽の外周に沿って、前記外周の全周長の8割以上の長さに渡り溝もしくはキャピラリーチューブを配設して、前記溝もしくはキャピラリーチューブの一方の端を前記蓄熱槽の内部に開口し、他方の端を大気中に開口させ、一方の端の開口から他方の端の開口までを密封し、前記溝もしくはキャピラリーチューブを通して前記蓄熱槽の内部と大気中とを連通させ、前記一方の端の開口と前記他方の端の開口とは前記蓄熱槽の馬蹄形状の一方の端に設けたことを特徴とする蓄熱装置。
- 前記蓄熱槽は上部に開口部を有するとともに前記開口部を塞ぐ蓋を備え、前記蓄熱槽もしくは前記蓋のどちらか一方の外周部に勘合溝を形成し、前記勘合溝にパッキンを介して相手側となる前記蓋もしくは前記蓄熱槽と勘合させるとともに、前記勘合溝内に前記溝を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄熱装置。
- 前記勘合溝の断面形状を前記パッキンの断面形状に合わせたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の蓄熱装置。
- 前記溝を設ける方の前記蓋もしくは前記蓄熱槽を樹脂で成型したことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の蓄熱装置。
