Description
そして、このようなコアを製造する製造装置としては、例えば特許文献1及び特許文献2に開示されるような構成が提案されている。
特許文献1に記載の従来構成においては、打ち抜かれたコア片が回転されることなく、載置台上に一定の位相(向き)状態で積層されるようになっている。このため、各コア片の板厚偏差により、積層コアの積層厚さにバラつきが生じ、例えばモータのロータコア等を製造した場合、回転バランス等の回転精度が低くなってモータの特性が低下するという問題があった。
前記の構成において、前記載置台は、支持部材と、その支持部材に前記ダイの軸線を中心に回転可能に支持された受け台とより構成し、その受け台上にコア片が載置されるようにするとよい。
以下に、この発明を具体化した転積装置の第1実施形態を、図1及び図2に従って説明する。
さて、この転積装置において、保持部材11上に薄板Wが配置された状態で、パンチ13がダイ12に対して往復動されると、薄板Wから所定形状のコア片Waが打ち抜かれる。そして、打ち抜かれたコア片Waが押圧リング14により外周から押圧保持されながら、載置台15の受け台21上に載置されて順に積層される。このとき、昇降機構16により載置台15がシャフト17を介して上昇移動されて、載置台15上の積層コアWAに対してパンチ13の押圧方向と逆方向の逆圧が付与される。この場合、伝達機構26において受け台21側の外歯28が保持部材11側の内歯27に対して軸線方向に相対移動されて、載置台15の下降移動が許容される。
(1) この転積装置においては、載置台15をダイ12の軸線を中心にして、ダイ12とともに一体に回転させるため駆動機構25が設けられている。
次に、この発明を具体化した転積装置の第2実施形態を、図3及び図4に基づいて、前記第1実施形態と異なる部分を中心に説明する。
(第3実施形態)
次に、この発明を具体化した転積装置の第3実施形態を、図5に基づいて、前記第1実施形態と異なる部分を中心に説明する。
(4) この実施形態の転積装置においては、駆動機構25が、載置台15をダイ12の回転と同期して回転させるためのモータ38より構成されている。このため、従来の装置に僅かな変更を加えて、モータ38を搭載すれば、実施形態と同様な作用を有する転積装置を実現できる。
なお、この実施形態は、次のように変更して具体化することも可能である。
・ 押圧リング14を有しない転積装置において本発明を具体化すること。
Claims (4)
- 一軸線を中心に回転可能なダイの軸孔の内方に載置台を備え、前記ダイの回転によって打ち抜かれたコア片が載置台上に転積されるようにした転積装置において、
前記載置台を前記ダイの軸線を中心にダイとともに一体に回転させるため駆動手段を設け、
前記駆動手段は前記ダイであって、ダイと載置台との間にはダイの回転を載置台に伝達するための伝達手段を設けたことを特徴とする転積装置。 - 前記伝達手段は、ダイの内周面と載置台の外周面との間に設けられ、載置台の軸線方向への移動を許容する噛合い手段よりなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の転積装置。
- 一軸線を中心に回転可能なダイの軸孔の内方に載置台を備え、前記ダイの回転によって打ち抜かれたコア片が載置台上に転積されるようにした転積装置において、
前記載置台を前記ダイの軸線を中心にダイとともに一体に回転させるため駆動手段を設け、
前記駆動手段は、ダイの回転と同期して回転されるモータよりなり、
前記載置台は、前記モータの回転軸と噛合していることを特徴とする転積装置。 - 前記載置台は、支持部材と、その支持部材に前記ダイの軸線を中心に回転可能に支持された受け台とを有し、その受け台上にコア片が載置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の転積装置。
