Description
8mmの大きさに粉砕した岩塩を24時間熟成させてから、塩化マグネシウム・6水和物37wt%と岩塩60wt%を撹拌機に投入し、30分間撹拌した。
500mlの容器に水250mlを入れ、上記の実施例1と同じ組成の除雪剤を20g投入した。ここに金魚をそれぞれ1匹ずつ入れ、金魚の状態変化を観察した。
Claims (7)
- 塩化マグネシウム20〜40wt%、粉砕した状態の岩塩45〜75wt%、尿素0.1〜20wt%、トリポリリン酸ナトリウム0.1〜30wt%及びメタケイ酸ナトリウム0.1〜30wt%からなることを特徴とする除雪剤。
- 塩化マグネシウム粉末20〜40wt%、岩塩粉末45〜75wt%、尿素粉末0.1〜20wt%、トリポリ リン酸ナトリウム粉末0.1〜30wt%及びメタケイ酸ナトリウム粉末0.1〜30wt%からなる混合 粉末であることを特徴とする除雪剤。
- 岩塩が7〜20mmの大きさに破砕したものであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記 載の除雪剤。
- 尿素、トリポリリン酸ナトリウム及びメタケイ酸ナトリウムの含量の合計が3wt%であり 、塩化マグネシウム及び岩塩の含量の合計が97wt%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3 のいずれかに記載の除雪剤。
- 破砕機に岩塩を投入し、粉砕する破砕の段階と、
粉砕された岩塩を熟成させる熟成の段階と、
前記熟成段階を経た岩塩及び塩化マグネシウムを撹拌機に投入して撹拌する第1混合段階と、
前記第1混合段階を経た混合物に、トリポリリン酸ナトリウム、メタケイ酸ナトリウム及び尿素を投入し、撹拌する第2混合段階とを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の除雪剤の製造方法。 - 前記第1混合段階にて、撹拌と同時に45℃〜55℃の温度で、熱風乾燥させることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の除雪剤の製造方法。
- 前記熟成段階は、24〜48時間熟成させるものであることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の除雪剤の製造方法。
