Description
図1は、例示的な本発明に係る除雪剤の製造工程図を示している。
以下、実施例を通じて本発明をさらに詳述する。これらの実施例は、単に本発明を例示するためのものであり、本発明の範囲が、これらの実施例により制限されるものと解釈されないことは、当業界において通常の知識を有する者にとって自明であろう。
ヒトデ100gをきれいに洗い、表面上の塩分を除去した後、水槽に入れ、1.5Lの蒸留水を加えた。水槽の温度を50℃に設定した後、タンパク質分解酵素としてペプシン(1:10000)1.5gを入れ、5分間、撹拌した後、3日間放置した。
下記表1の組成を混合して、固相の除雪剤を製造した(表1において、全ての単位は重量%である)。
EL:610融氷性能試験方法基準EM−502−3に基づいて除雪剤の融氷性能を測定した。
実施例及び比較例における除雪剤組成物に対する水不溶分及び金属腐食度を調べるための実験を行った。
Claims (7)
- 塩化物、ヒトデからタンパク質を除去して得られたヒトデ由来多孔性構造体、及びヘキサメタリン酸ナトリウムを含む環境に優しい除雪剤組成物。
- 前記塩化物が、塩化カルシウム(CaCl2)、塩化ナトリウム(NaCl)、及び塩化マグネシウム(MgCl2)から選ばれる1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境に優しい除雪剤組成物。
- 前記ヒトデ由来多孔性構造体を、組成物の全体重量に対して0.1乃至1重量%含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境に優しい除雪剤組成物。
- 前記ヘキサメタリン酸ナトリウムを、組成物の全体重量に対して0.5乃至3重量%含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境に優しい除雪剤組成物。
- 融氷性能拡散剤、腐食防止剤、及び除湿剤をさらに含む請求項1に記載の環境に優しい除雪剤組成物。
- 塩化物及びヘキサメタリン酸ナトリウムを混合して撹拌する第1の混合段階;
前記第1の混合段階で得られた混合物を造粒機(granulator)を用いて、平均粒径が0.1乃至13mmである粒子に成形する段階;および
成形された粒子と、ヒトデからタンパク質を除去して得られたヒトデ由来多孔性構造体とを混合する第2の混合段階;を含む環境に優しい除雪剤の製造方法。 - 前記ヒトデ由来多孔性構造体が下記の段階を含む方法で製造されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の環境に優しい除雪剤の製造方法:
ヒトデを洗浄して塩分を除去する段階;
洗浄されたヒトデをタンパク質分解酵素と反応させ、ヒトデのタンパク質を分解する段階;および
分解後、形成された分解物から多孔性構造体を回収する段階。
