Description
Claims (15)
- 海底又は川底(SB)に支持構体(1)を設置する方法であって、
前記支持構体(1)は、該支持構体(1)を海底又は川底(SB)に永久的に定着させるために必要とされる作業を行う前に及びこれらの作業を通して、海底又は川底(SB)との摩擦で定位置に留まるのに十分な重さによって一時的に自己直立することが可能であり、
この支持構体(1)は、位置調節可能な海底又は川底係合支持脚ユニット(5)を複数のアンカー位置にそれぞれ含み、該各アンカー位置の支持脚ユニット(5)が、アンカー手段(23)を受け入れて配置するように構成されていて、
船を使用して前記支持構体(1)を移送し、海底又は川底(SB)へ下降させ、
前記支持脚ユニット(5)を利用して、海底又は川底(SB)に対し前記支持構体(1)を必要な高さレベル及び向きに配置し、
前記支持構体(1)に支持された、前記アンカー手段(23)を海底又は川底(SB)に設置する作業のための手段を使用し、前記アンカー手段(23)を用いて前記支持構体(1)を海底又は川底(SB)に定着させる、
ことを含む方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法において、前記支持構体(1)で、水沈可能な水駆動タービン及び風駆動タービンの少なくとも一方を支持することを含む、方法。
- 請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法において、前記各アンカー手段(23)を配設した海底又は川底(SB)のアンカー箇所に、該各アンカー手段(23)をセメント状用材のグラウトで固定することを含む、方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、一時的な構体(12)を前記支持構体(1)の頂部に設けることを含み、前記支持構体(1)を永久的に海底又は川底(SB)に定着させるために必要とされる作業を、前記一時的な構体(12)から行う、方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記支持構体(1)が水流、波又は風によって動かされる可能性がある場合に、追加のおもり(14)を前記支持構体(1)に追加することを含む、方法。
- 請求項5記載の方法において、前記支持構体(1)が海底又は川底(SB)に対して動くことができないように前記アンカー手段(23)を設置した後に、前記支持構体(1)の設置のために設けた装置と一緒に前記追加のおもり(14)を取り除くことを含む、方法。
- 海底又は川底(SB)に設置することができる支持構体(1)であって、
海底又は川底(SB)との摩擦接触によって適所に留まるのに十分な重さで海底又は川底(SB)上に一時的に自己起立するように十分に重く構成され、
位置調節可能な海底又は川底係合支持脚ユニット(5)を複数のアンカー位置のそれぞれに含んでおり、
前記支持脚ユニット(5)の各々は、前記支持構体(1)により支持された定着作業のための手段によって海底又は川底(SB)に定着させられるアンカー手段(23)を受け入れて配置するように構成され、
さらに前記支持脚ユニット(5)は、海底又は川底(SB)に固定する前の前記支持構体(1)を必要な高さレベル及び向きに配置するべく、高さを調節し位置合わせをすることが可能である、
ことを特徴とする支持構体。 - 請求項7記載の支持構体(1)において、水沈可能なタービンを支持するための細長い支柱(3)の形であることを特徴とする支持構体。
- 請求項7又は請求項8記載の支持構体(1)において、一時的な追加の構体(12)が当該支持構体(1)の頂部に設けられ、海底又は川底(SB)に当該支持構体(1)を永久的に定着させるために必要とされる作業を行う設備が前記一時的な追加の構体(12)に設けられていることを特徴とする支持構体。
- 請求項9記載の支持構体(1)において、設置作業中の当該支持構体(1)が水流、波又は風によって動かされる可能性がある場合に、当該支持構体(1)が海底又は川底(SB)との十分な摩擦を維持することができるように、前記一時的な追加の構体(12)が追加の取り外し可能なおもり(14)を担持することができるように構成されていることを特徴とする支持構体。
- 請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載の支持構体(1)において、前記支持脚ユニット(5)が、液圧ジャッキ又はスクリュージャッキを備えることを特徴とする支持構体。
- 請求項7〜11のいずれか1項に記載の支持構体(1)において、外側管内に配置されて該外側管内を移動可能な内側管が前記各アンカー位置に含まれていることを特徴とする支持構体。
- 請求項7〜12のいずれか1項に記載の支持構体(1)において、前記支持脚ユニット(5)が、前記アンカー位置に対して同心に配置されていることを特徴する支持構体。
- 請求項7〜12のいずれか1項に記載の支持構体(1)において、前記支持脚ユニット(5)が、前記アンカー位置によって画定される幅内に配置されていることを特徴する支持構体。
- 請求項7〜12のいずれか1項に記載の支持構体(1)において、前記支持脚ユニット(5)が、前記アンカー位置によって画定される幅の外に配置されていることを特徴する支持構体。
