Claims (11)
- 成形具(1)に配置する前に、炉内で成形温度に加熱したシート状金属エレメント(E)を、前記成形具(1)内で最終成形コンポーネント(B)に成形して、種々の材料特性を有する隣接ゾーン(Z1,Z2,Z3)を含む金属コンポーネント(B)を製造する方法であって、前記成形具(1)が、成形工程中に前記シート状金属エレメント(E)と接触する部分(5,7,16)の少なくとも1つの温度を調整する温度調整手段を有する前記方法において、それらの温度に関して調節される前記成形具(1)の前記部分(5,7,16)が、前記部分に接する前記シート状金属エレメント(E)のそれぞれの領域(E1,E2,E3)と接触する時間に基づいて、成形工程の間で、前記成形具(1)に含まれる雄型(4)を前進させる速度を変化させ且つ制御することを特徴とする、前記方法。
- 前記シート状金属エレメント(E)が、鋼からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記シート状金属エレメント(E)が、平坦なシート状金属ブランクであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記シート状金属エレメント(E)が、種々の厚さの領域(T1,T2)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記シート状金属エレメントが、溶接によって相互に連結される種々のシート状金属部分(T1,T2)から構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記成形温度が硬化温度に相当し、その温度から開始され、シート状金属エレメント(E)において、冷却中に、硬化組織が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記成形具(1)が、雌型(2)及び雄型(4)を有し、その雄型が、成形目的に、前記雌型(2)中の凹部(3)内に収納されることができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記温度調整手段が、冷却手段(13,16)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記温度調整手段が、ヒーター(14)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 冷却手段(13,16)を、温度調整手段として、前記成形具(1)の少なくとも1つの部分(5)又は(6)と関連させ、そしてヒーター(14)を、温度調整手段として、前記成形具の少なくとも1つの他の部分と関連させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記成形具(1)に含まれる雄型(4)を前進させる速度に応じて調節される押さえつけ力を、成形中に、シート状金属エレメントの端縁領域に付与することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
