Abstract

PURPOSE: To form a radiation part of Young's modulus larger than that of an edge part by work hardening only the radiation part in the final stage of drawing.
CONSTITUTION: Respective heaters 14, 15, 21, 31 are electrically conducted to heat dies 1, 2, 3, to about 300W400°C, and the die 1 is lowered to draw an edge part. When the die 1 is lowered further, a metallic foil 7 and the die 3 abut, and the foil 7 is successively drawn along the shape of a radiation part. At the point of the time when the drawing of the radiation part is completed about 80W90%, that is, at the point when the stroke of the die 3 attains 80W90% of the entire stroke of the dies, the descending of the die 1 is stopped. Here, the temps. of the dies 11 and 3 are kept at about 170W220°C by limiting the currents of the heaters 14 and 31. Thence, the die 1 is lowered to draw the radiation part at remaining 20W10%, and this completes pressing as well. In the drawing of the last 20W10%, it is cold-worked, and the Young's modulus increases considerably in accordance with work hardening.
