Claims (4)
- 基板と、前記基板の一方の面に形成された熱電変換素子とを有する熱電発電装置であって、
前記熱電変換素子は、前記一方の面側が低温側として使用されるものであり、
前記基板の他方の面上に形成され前記熱電変換素子によって生成された電気エネルギーを蓄積する蓄電回路と、
前記基板の他方の面に形成される配線であって、前記熱電変換素子と前記蓄電回路とを電気的に接続する第一の配線と、
前記基板の他方の面の上方に配置され、平面視において前記第一の配線を覆って配置された放熱フィンとを備える熱電発電装置。 - 請求項1記載の熱電発電装置であって、
前記熱電変換素子に接続される配線であって前記基板を前記一方の面から前記他方の面まで貫通して前記基板の他方の面に露出する第二の配線を備え、
前記第一の配線は、前記第二の配線に接続されるものであり、
前記第二の配線の露出面は、平面視において前記基板の端部に配置される熱電発電装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の熱電発電装置であって、
前記基板の他方の面の前記蓄電回路及び前記第一の配線が配置される領域の周囲に形成される、前記基板を冷却するための金属膜を備え、
前記放熱フィンは、平面視において前記第一の配線と前記金属膜との境界も覆っている熱電変換装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の熱電発電装置を備える携帯型電子機器であって、
電力の消費によって発熱する素子を備え、
前記熱電発電装置に含まれる前記熱電変換素子の高温側が前記素子に向けて配置された携帯型電子機器。
