Claims (3)
- 排ガスが横断できる少なくとも1つの電気的に加熱可能な第1のハニカム体(2)及び1つの第2のハニカム体(3)を有するデバイスを操作するための方法であって、
前記電気的に加熱可能な第1のハニカム体(2)は少なくとも1つの電流分配構造(4)を有し、前記第1のハニカム体(2)を加熱するために前記電流分配構造(4)が一定の加熱電圧(22)で作用される前に、前記少なくとも1つの電流分配構造(4)が、起動時に複数の連続した電圧パルス(21)で最初に作用され、
前記加熱電圧(22)が印加される前に3個から10個の電圧パルス(21)が生成され、
前記電圧パルス(21)は、10ミリ秒から100ミリ秒の持続時間を有し、
前記電圧パルス(21)の電圧レベルは、前記一定の加熱電圧(22)の電圧レベルよりも低く、
支持部材(12)は、前記電気的に加熱可能な第1のハニカム体(2)において、スリーブ(17)内で、電気絶縁部(18)を介在して配置され、隣接するハニカム体(2、3)は、前記ハニカム体(2、3)に突き出た前記支持部材(12)によって互いに機械的に連結され、前記第2のハニカム体(3)は、グランドに接続され、前記電圧パルス(21)により前記支持部材(12)と前記ハニカム体(2、3)との結合部付近に堆積された煤を燃やし尽くす、
方法。 - 排気システムにおける排ガスの触媒変換のためのデバイスであって、前記デバイスは、
共通のケーシング管(1)内に隣接して配置され、連続して排ガスが横断可能である、少なくとも1つの第1のハニカム体(2)および1つの第2のハニカム体(3)を備え、
少なくとも1つの電流分配構造(4、5)を有する、電気的に加熱可能な少なくとも前記第1のハニカム体(2)は、外側ケーシング管(1)内において、前記外側ケーシング管(1)とスペースを置いて配置され、
隣接するハニカム体(2、3)は、前記ハニカム体(2、3)に突き出た支持部材(12)によって互いに機械的に連結され、
前記支持部材(12)は、電気的に加熱可能な前記第1のハニカム体(2)において、スリーブ(17)内で、電気絶縁部(18)を介在して配置され、かつ隣接する前記第2のハニカム体(3)と導電するように連結され、
前記電流分配構造(4、5)の制御ユニット(20)は、前記電流分配構造(4、5)が一定の連続した電圧で作用される前に、起動時に複数の連続した電圧パルスを最初に生成するように構成され、
前記制御ユニット(20)は、前記一定の連続した電圧で作用される前に3個から10個の電圧パルスを生成するように設定され、
前記電圧パルスは、10ミリ秒から100ミリ秒の持続時間を有し、
前記電圧パルスの電圧レベルは、前記一定の連続した電圧の電圧レベルよりも低く、
前記第2のハニカム体(3)は、グランドに接続され、
前記電圧パルスにより前記支持部材(12)と前記ハニカム体(2、3)との結合部付近に堆積された煤を燃やし尽くす、
デバイス。 - 前記デバイスに18ボルトの電圧源が提供されている、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
