図3は、本発明による代わりのリアクターカバーの様々な図を示す。
それ故に、細胞培地中に懸濁した初代細胞をピペットを用いて滴状で細胞増殖膜上に一定の間隔にて加える方法を提供する。
Claims (19)
- 細胞培養用のバイオリアクターであって、該バイオリアクターのリアクター空間が少なくとも部分領域において液透過性である膜ユニットにより2つのリアクター領域に分割され、かつこれらの2つのリアクター領域がそれぞれ液の流入および/または流出に好適な開口部を有し、
少なくとも3つの部分、すなわち、
a)第1リアクター領域を囲むリアクターハウジングパーツ;
b)第2リアクター領域を囲むリアクターハウジングパーツ;
c)少なくとも部分領域において液透過性である膜ユニット
に分解することができ、かつ第1および第2リアクターハウジングパーツが膜を固定する支持エレメントを有するものである、上記バイオリアクター。 - 第1リアクターハウジングパーツがリアクターカバーを構成しかつ第2リアクターハウジングパーツがリアクター下部パーツを構成する、請求項1に記載のバイオリアクター。
- 2つのリアクターハウジングパーツをお互いと、気密方式で接続することができる、請求項1または2に記載のバイオリアクター。
- 2つのリアクターハウジングパーツをねじ接続により接続することができる、請求項3に記載のバイオリアクター。
- 膜ユニットが膜とフレームから成るかまたは膜ユニットが膜だけから成る、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のバイオリアクター。
- 膜ユニットがディスク形状であり、かつその2つの表面が2つのリアクター領域の間に水平に配置された、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のバイオリアクター。
- 膜が膜ユニットの領域の25%〜100%を占める、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のバイオリアクター。
- 膜が最小限で0.1μmおよび最大限で20μmの孔径を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のバイオリアクター。
- 膜ユニットの膜が最小限で105孔/cm2および最大限で107孔/cm2の孔密度を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のバイオリアクター。
- 第1リアクターハウジングパーツが、少なくとも1つの換気開口部および/または閉鎖可能なピペット用開口部を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のバイオリアクター。
- 換気開口部が無菌フィルターを備えている、請求項10に記載のバイオリアクター。
- バイオリアクターがTEER値を測定するための電極を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のバイオリアクター。
- バイオリアクターがボックス形状または缶形状である、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のバイオリアクター。
- 細胞を培養するための、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のバイオリアクターの使用。
- 組織を細胞培養から産生するための自動化デバイスにおける、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のバイオリアクターの使用。
- a)請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のバイオリアクターを提供するステップ;
b)細胞を膜ユニットの膜に塗布するステップ;
c)細胞をバイオリアクターで培養するステップ
を含むものである、細胞を培養する方法。 - 細胞の培養後に細胞を膜表面から剥離するステップを含み、該ステップが細胞を剥離するのに好適な溶液を、細胞を塗布してない膜の表面に接するリアクター領域中に、このリアクター領域の開口部を通して注ぎ、前記溶液を膜と接触させることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記方法を自動化方式で行う、請求項16〜17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法を、組織を細胞培養から産生するための自動化デバイスでおよび/またはロボットを用いて行う、請求項18に記載の方法。
