Description
− 密閉キャップを用いて電解質注入孔を閉め、
− 横孔と接続された真空ポンプを、空間内部の圧力が、大気圧よりも低い所定の値に達するまで動作させ、
− 横孔を閉め、
− 密閉キャップを通じて、第1の所定の量の液体電解質溶液を注入する第1の注入を行い、
− 所定時間後、横孔を大気圧に連通させ(connection)、
− 密閉キャップを通じて、第2の量の液体電解質溶液を注入する第2の注入を行い、横孔の上に配置された電池ケースのタンク領域を少なくとも部分的に液体電解質溶液で満たし、
− 電解質注入孔と横孔とを完全に密閉する。
この充填方法は、有利にはリチウム−イオン蓄電池に用いられる。
− イミダゾニウムカチオンとして、1−ブチル−3−メチルイミダゾリウムテトラフルオロボラート(1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate)、又は、1−ブチル−3−メチルイミダゾリウムビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミジド(1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imidide)、
− ピペリジニウムカチオンとして、N,N−プロピル−メチル ピペリジニウムビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミジド(N,N-propyl-methyl piperidinium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imidide)(PP13TFSI)、及び、
− ピロリジニウムカチオンとして、N,N−プロピル−メチル ピロリジニウムビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミジド(N,N-propyl-methyl pyrrolidinium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imidide)。
Claims (6)
- 電池ケース(1)を備え、
前記電池ケースは、上面(3)と底面(4)と側壁(5)とで構成され、前記上面と前記底面と前記側壁とは空間(2)を区画し、
前記上面(3)は、電解質注入孔(6)を備える、
液体電解質蓄電池であって、
横孔(7)は、前記側壁(5)の下部領域に形成され、
タンク領域(9)は、前記底面(4)と、前記側壁(5)と、前記底面(4)と平行で且つ前記横孔(7)の下側縁を通過する面(A)と、によって区画されていることを特徴とする液体電解質蓄電池を充填する充填方法であって、
− 密閉キャップ(18)を用いて前記電解質注入孔(6)を閉め、
− 前記横孔(7)と接続された真空ポンプ(23)を、前記空間(2)の内部の圧力が、大気圧よりも低い所定の値に達するまで動作させ、
− 前記横孔(7)を閉め、
− 前記密閉キャップ(18)を通じて、第1の所定の量の液体電解質溶液を注入する第1の注入を行い、
− 所定時間後、前記横孔(7)を大気圧に連通させ、
− 前記密閉キャップ(18)を通じて、第2の量の液体電解質溶液を注入する第2の注入を行い、前記横孔(7)よりも下に配置された前記電池ケース(1)の前記タンク領域(9)を少なくとも部分的に液体電解質で満たし、
− 前記電解質注入孔(6)と前記横孔(7)とを密閉する、
ことを連続的に備えることを特徴とする充填方法。 - 前記液体電解質溶液は、0.1Pa・s以上の粘性を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の充填方法。
- 前記空間(2)は電極体(8)を内蔵し、前記液体電解質溶液(10)は、前記電極体(8)に対して、35°から70°の間の接触角を示すことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の充填方法。
- 前記空間(2)の内部の前記圧力が100から300mbarであることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の充填方法。
- 前記空間(2)の内部の前記圧力が200mbarと等しいこと特徴とする請求項4に記載の充填方法。
- 前記第1及び第2の注入は、変形可能な材料から形成される前記密閉キャップ(18)を通じて、針(27)を用いて行われることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の充填方法。
