Claims (8)
- コネクタ組立体(1)であって、
長手方向に前端(100)と後端(102)との間を延伸し、前記後端は、ケーブル(21)を受容する開口(104)を備える外部ハウジング(31)と、
前記外部ハウジング内に配置され、電磁干渉の放出を制限するために前記ケーブルに電気的に連結されるシールド(23,24)を含む内部ハウジング(22)と、
前記外部ハウジングの前記後端において、長手方向に延伸し前記ケーブルと係合するように構成される複数の指状部(435)を含み、前記ケーブルを囲んで配置されるコレット(4)と、
前記外部ハウジング後端に固定され、前記外部ハウジングとの間に前記コレットを固定するリテーナ(5)と、を備え、
前記リテーナおよび前記コレットは、前記ケーブルにかかった張力を前記シールドと前記ケーブルとの境界面から離れるように向け、
前記リテーナは、前記リテーナの内面(521)に沿って配置された長手方向に延伸する複数のリブ(524)を含み、
前記リブは、前記コレットの前記指状部と係合し、ねじれ応力が前記ケーブルにかけられても、前記指状部の回転移動を防止することを特徴とするコネクタ組立体。 - 前記コレットの前記指状部は、前記コレットを前記ケーブルに係合して固定する鋸歯状縁部(438)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のコネクタ組立体。
- 前記外部ハウジングと前記コレットとの間であって、前記外部ハウジングの前記後端に配置されたケーブルシール(42)を含み、
前記ケーブルシールは、前記コレットによって押し込まれ、前記外部ハウジングの前記後端をシールすることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコネクタ組立体。 - 前記ケーブルシールは、前記ケーブルを受容するよう貫通するケーブル用開口(314)と内側方向に延伸するポスト用開口(316)を備えるエラストマー製ボディ(308)と、
前記コレットは、前側に突出し、前記ケーブルシールの前記ポスト用開口内に受容されるポスト(434)を含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載のコネクタ組立体。 - 前記ケーブルが前記複数の指状部間の前記コレットに挿入される際に、前記複数の指状部は、外側に撓むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のコネクタ組立体。
- 前記リテーナは、前記リテーナが前記コレットに組み付けられる際に、前記コレットの前記指状部を前記ケーブルに押し込む内面を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のコネクタ組立体。
- 前記コレットは、前記ケーブルを受容する大きさとされた貫通する開口を備えた平面状ボディ(43)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のコネクタ組立体。
- 前記外部ハウジングの前記後端に配置されたケーブルシール(42)をさらに含み、
前記コレットは、前記平面状ボディの片側から突出し、前記ケーブルと係合する指状部(435)と、
前記平面上ボディの反対側から突出し、前記ケーブルシールと係合するポスト(434)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項7記載のコネクタ組立体。
