Description
Claims (5)
- 単一の本体を備えた油圧ブレーキシステムのためのツインパワーバルブアセンブリであって、該ツインパワーバルブアセンブリは、
前記本体(16)内に収容され且つ左側第1バランスチャンバ(41)を備えた左側パワーバルブ装置(12)と、
右側第1バランスチャンバを備えた右側パワーバルブ装置と、
前記本体(16)内に収容された圧力ポート(50,50’)と、
前記左側パワーバルブ装置(12)内に収容され、選択的に前記圧力ポート(50,50’)を左側ブレーキポート(52)と流体連通状態にすることがオペレータによって動作可能とされた左側スプールアセンブリ(34)と、
前記右側パワーバルブ装置(14)内に収容され、選択的に前記圧力ポート(50,50’)を右側ブレーキポート(52’)と流体連通状態にすることがオペレータによって動作可能とされた右側スプールアセンブリと、
前記本体内に収容され、左側第1バランスチャンバ(41)と流体連通とされた前記左側ブレーキポート(52)と、
前記本体内に収容され、右側第1バランスチャンバと流体連通とされた前記右側ブレーキポート(52’)と、
前記本体(16)内に収容されたバランスバルブ装置であって、
第2バランスチャンバ(70)と、
前記左側第1バランスチャンバ(41)内の圧力が所定の圧力を超えたときに、前記左側第1バランスチャンバ(41)を前記第2バランスチャンバ(70)と流体連通状態にし、且つ前記左側第1バランスチャンバ(41)内の圧力が所定の圧力よりも低いときに、前記左側第1バランスチャンバ(41)を前記第2バランスチャンバ(70)から流体的に切り離す左側バランスバルブ(60,62,64A,64B)と、
前記右側第1バランスチャンバ内の圧力が所定の圧力を超えたときに、前記右側第1バランスチャンバを前記第2バランスチャンバ(70)と流体連通状態にし、且つ前記右側第1バランスチャンバ内の圧力が所定の圧力よりも低いときに、前記右側第1バランスチャンバを前記第2バランスチャンバ(70)から流体的に切り離す右側バランスバルブと、
を有する、バランスバルブ装置と、
を具備していることを特徴とするツインパワーバルブアセンブリ。 - 左側圧力ポート(50)と、
前記左側圧力ポート(50)を前記左側ブレーキポート(52)と流体連通状態にするための左側スプールアセンブリ(34)と、
右側圧力ポート(50’)と、
前記右側圧力ポート(50’)を前記右側ブレーキポート(52’)と流体連通状態にするための右側スプールアセンブリと、
を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のツインパワーバルブアセンブリ。 - 前記左側バランスバルブと前記右側バランスバルブとは、スプリング(62)によって閉位置に向かって付勢された環状バランスピストン(60)を具備し、
前記閉位置において、前記左側第1バランスチャンバ(41)および前記右側第1バランスチャンバの各々は、前記第2バランスチャンバ(70)と流体連通状態となっていないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のツインパワーバルブアセンブリ。 - 前記左側第1バランスチャンバ(41)と右側第1バランスチャンバとは、前記本体(16)に形成された個々の左側および右側通路(69、69’)によって前記第2バランスチャンバ(70)と流体連通とされることを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載のツインパワーバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記左側ブレーキポート(52)は、前記左側スプールアセンブリ(34)内に形成された通路(36D,36E)によって前記左側第1バランスチャンバ(41)と流体連通とされており、
前記右側ブレーキポートは、前記右側スプールアセンブリ内に形成された通路によって前記右側第1バランスチャンバと流体連通とされていることを特徴とする請求項1、3または4に記載のツインパワーバルブアセンブリ。
