前記繊維材に含まれるペクチン質金属をプロトンで攻撃することによってペクチン酸に変化させるとともに、前記ペクチン質金属に含まれていた金属をイオンとして酸性処理液中に溶出させることを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- セルロース系繊維又は動物繊維の少なくともいずれか一方を含む繊維材に対して染色を行う前に施す繊維材の処理方法において、
アミラーゼ酵素と界面活性剤を含む酸性処理液によって、前記繊維材に付着した糊剤を除去する糊抜きを行うと同時に、前記繊維材に対して精練を行う工程を有し、
前記酸性処理液として、pHが3〜6の範囲内であり、且つプロトンを供与可能な酸を含むものを用い、
前記繊維材に含まれるペクチン質金属をプロトンで攻撃することによってペクチン酸に変化させるとともに、前記ペクチン質金属に含まれていた金属をイオンとして酸性処理液中に溶出させることを特徴とする繊維材の処理方法。 - 請求項1記載の処理方法において、前記酸性処理液の温度を50〜95℃に設定するとともに、該酸性処理液に前記繊維材を5〜60分間浸漬することを特徴とする繊維材の処理方法。
- 請求項1記載の処理方法において、前記酸性処理液の温度を常温に設定するとともに、該酸性処理液に前記繊維材を1〜12時間浸漬することを特徴とする繊維材の処理方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の処理方法において、さらに、糊抜き及び精練が終了した前記繊維材に対し、炭酸ナトリウムを含み且つpHが9〜11に設定された過酸化水素溶液によって漂白を施す工程を有することを特徴とする繊維材の処理方法。
- 請求項4記載の処理方法において、前記過酸化水素溶液の温度を50〜100℃に設定するとともに、該過酸化水素溶液に前記繊維材を30〜90分間浸漬することを特徴とする繊維材の処理方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の処理方法において、前記動物繊維として絹、羊毛又は獣毛を含む繊維材を使用することを特徴とする繊維材の処理方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の処理方法において、織物又は編物に対して糊抜き及び精練を施すことを特徴とする繊維材の処理方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の処理方法において、原糸に対して糊抜き及び精練を施すことを特徴とする繊維材の処理方法。
