本発明は、さらに、ガルヴァーニ電池用ハウジングの製造方法にも関わる。
Claims (7)
- 金属またはプラスチックから成る外側容器(1)を備え、該外側容器(1)が内面および外面をニッケルまたは亜鉛またはコバルト或いはニッケルまたはコバルトを含む合金で電気メッキにより被覆されている、機器バッテリーとしてのガルヴァーニ電池のためのハウジングにおいて、
外側被覆部(8,9)が前記容器(1)の両端部領域(5,6)のみに配置され、該両端部領域の間にある中間領域(11)は被覆されていないことを特徴とするハウジング。 - 端部領域被覆部(8,9)の長さがそれぞれ前記容器(1)の軸線方向全長の1/20ないし1/3であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハウジング。
- 被覆部(4,8,9)の厚さが内側と外側とで異なるように実施されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のハウジング。
- 被覆部(4,8,9)の被覆材料が内側と外側とで異なるように実施されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のハウジング。
- 前記容器(1)の外面が、接点部を除く前記容器の全長にわたって、前記両端部領域被覆部(8,9)をも覆う絶縁層で覆われていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載のハウジング。
- 前記絶縁層がラッカーおよび/またはステッカーおよび/またはプラスチック収縮チューブ或いはこれらの組み合わせを有していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のハウジング。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載のガルヴァーニ電池用ハウジングの製造方法において、
金属またはプラスチックから成る容器を製造した後、該容器の内面を完全に被覆するとともに、外面を次のように部分的に被覆すること、すなわち両外側端部領域のみをニッケルまたは亜鉛またはコバルト或いはニッケルまたはコバルトを含んだ合金で電気メッキにより被覆し、容器端部領域の間にある中間領域は被覆しないままにしておき、その際端部領域被覆部(8,9)の長さがそれぞれ前記容器(1)の軸線方向全長の1/20ないし1/3であり、その後容器外面を、接点部以外の該容器の全長にわたって、両端部領域被覆部(8,9)をも覆う絶縁層で覆われるように、前記外面を部分的に被覆することを特徴とする製造方法。
