背景技术
具有封闭底部的杯形空心体用作用于原电池(设备用电池)的壳体。出于腐蚀原因并出于改善接触导通的原因,这种壳体具有由镍或者由镍/钴涂层制成的电镀表面涂层。在此,已知的是,壳体由电镀地涂覆镍或涂覆镍/钴的金属板(NPS)在深冲压过程中制成,或者未涂覆的可深冲压的金属板利用相同的深冲压过程加工成壳体形状,接着作为散件被电镀涂覆。
在制造电池时,壳体的圆柱形部分在另一过程中在外部必须被绝缘。绝缘通过塑料标签的使用或者通过热缩管实现。与所应用的绝缘方法无关,壳体始终被整面地电镀涂覆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:这样改进前述类型的原电池,使得在制造简单的情况下实现材料节约。
根据本发明该目的通过如下方式实现,即外侧的涂层仅设置在所述杯形件的两个端部区域中,并且在两个端部区域之间的外侧的中间区域没有涂层。
由此显著节省了涂层材料。根据本发明的教导的优点在于,对于原电池(电池)的壳体的功能而言,原则上仅需要对极区镀镍,以保证没有问题的接触导通。
优选地建议如下:各端部区域的涂层的长度分别是所述杯形件的轴向总长度的1/20至1/3。
还建议如下:所述涂层的厚度在内侧和外侧不同地构造。此外,涂层的涂层材料可以在内侧和外侧是不同的。
未涂覆的区域或者可以保持不处理,或者通过各种措施(例如施设防锈剂)来防止腐蚀。根据功能有利的是,所述杯形件的外侧在所述杯形件的整个长度上除了触点之外用绝缘层覆盖,所述绝缘层也覆盖两个端部区域的涂层。在此,所述绝缘层可以具有漆和/或胶粘标签和/或塑料热缩管或者它们的组合。

具体实施方式
原电池的壳体包括具有圆柱形的管状侧壁2的杯形件1,所述侧壁在一端通过模制成型的底部3封闭。侧壁和底部由金属或者塑料制成。壳体的整个内表面均具有连续的内侧涂层4,该内侧涂层由镍或锡或钴制成,或者由具有镍或钴的合金尤其是镍钴合金制成。
容器的外侧也具有由所述材料制成的涂层。然而所述外侧的涂层仅覆盖该杯形容器的两个端部区域5、6,也就是说,第一端部区域5的与杯形件开口7相邻的外侧涂层8在杯形件长度的大约1/6上延伸,与底部3相邻的第二端部区域6的外侧涂层9也在杯形件长度的大约1/6上延伸,并且过渡到底部的外侧涂层10中。
在两个外侧涂层8、9之间保留没有涂层的区域11,该区域占杯形件长度的大约2/3。外侧涂层8、9与未涂覆的区域11的长度的长度比可以根据需要和技术要求而非常不同。因而,各端部区域的涂层8、9的长度分别可以是杯形件1的轴向总长度的1/20至1/3。
在施设涂层4、8和9之后,除了底部外侧10之外,整个圆柱形外表面用未在附图中示出的绝缘层覆盖。该层是漆、胶粘标签或者塑料热缩管或者它们的组合。
涂层4、8、9的厚度在内侧和外侧可以的不同的。涂层4、8、9的涂层材料在内侧和外侧也可以的不同的。
特别有利的是,杯形件外侧的按照本发明的局部涂层以及杯形件内侧的涂层可以利用如在美国专利文献2006/0118411中描述的设备实施。

Claims (7)

1.用于作为设备用电池的原电池的壳体,所述壳体具有由金属或者塑料制成的外部的杯形件(1),所述杯形件在内侧和外侧用镍或锡或钴或者具有镍或钴的合金涂覆、特别是电镀地涂覆,其特征在于,外侧的涂层(8、9)仅设置在所述杯形件(1)的两个端部区域(5、6)中,并且在两个端部区域之间的外侧的中间区域(11)没有涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的壳体,其特征在于,各端部区域的涂层(8、9)的长度分别是所述杯形件(1)的轴向总长度的1/20至1/3。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述涂层(4、8、9)的厚度在内侧和外侧不同地构造。
4.根据权利要求1和2所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述涂层(4、8、9)的涂层材料在内侧和外侧是不同的。
5.根据前述权利要求之一所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述杯形件(1)的外侧在所述杯形件的整个长度上除了触点之外用绝缘层覆盖,所述绝缘层也覆盖两个端部区域的涂层(8、9)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述绝缘层包括漆和/或胶粘标签和/或塑料热缩管或者它们的组合。
7.用于制造根据前述权利要求之一所述的用于原电池的壳体的方法,其特征在于,在制造由金属或者塑料制成的杯形件之后,所述杯形件在内侧被完全涂覆并且在外侧被这样局部地涂覆,使得仅两个外侧端部区域用镍或锡或钴或者具有镍或钴的合金涂覆、特别是电镀地涂覆,并且在位于各端部区域之间的中间区域保持没有涂层,其中,各端部区域的涂层(8、9)的长度分别是所述杯形件(1)的轴向总长度的1/20至1/3,并且此后杯形件外侧在所述杯形件的整个长度上除了触点之外用绝缘层覆盖,所述绝缘层也覆盖两个端部区域的涂层(8、9)。
