Description
本発明の一実施態様に係るブレージング合金は銅(Cu)を中心元素とするCu−P−Sr3員合金である。以下、各合金成分の役割を説明する。
次のような組成でブレージング合金を製造した。
冷却器用U字状3方向黄銅分配管試片32個を次のような溶接条件で溶接した後、切開して、断面を検査した。この時、溶接材としては上記実施例1と比較例1(KS−BCUP−3。Ag5重量%含有)を用いた。
−口径:40mm、24mm
−加熱条件:LNG、ガストーチ、ガスフラックス投入(methyl borate)
−溶接温度:830〜860℃
−溶接台供給:線径1.8mmボビン、一定量自動供給
−溶接機:SK Brazing社自動溶接機
銀(Ag)を含有する従来の合金より優れた溶接性をみせるということを確認することができた。
Claims (3)
- リン(P)5.0〜7.5重量%、ストロンチウム(Sr)0.01〜5.0重量%を含み、残部は銅(Cu)からなることを特徴とするブレージング合金。
- 前記合金に、
ホウ素(B)0.001〜0.5重量%を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレージング合金。 - 前記合金に、
インジウム(In)0.01〜3.0重量%、銀(Ag)0.5〜15.0重量%、錫(Sn)0.5〜5.0重量%、セシウム(Cs)0.01〜0.1重量%、ゲルマニウム(Ge)0.01〜0.1重量%、ニッケル(Ni)0.01〜0.1重量%からなる群から選ばれた1種以上の元素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のブレージング合金。
