Claims (13)
- 医療システムであって:
複数の無線医療構成要素であって、それぞれ、
所定の機能を実行する機能構成要素と、
前記機能構成要素に電力を供給する電源と、
前記電源の充電レベルを監視する充電レベル監視装置と、
前記機能構成要素及び前記充電レベル監視装置からの信号を無線で送信し、ホスト装置からのメッセージを無線で受信する送受信機と、
を有する無線医療構成要素;
前記ホスト装置であって、
前記無線医療構成要素から信号を無線で受信し、前記無線医療構成要素へメッセージを無線で送信する送受信機と、
前記機能構成要素から受信した信号を解釈する医療機能信号解釈手段と、
前記充電レベル監視装置から受信した信号に基づき、前記無線医療構成要素の予測残存動作時間を決定するバッテリー分析手段と、
を有するホスト装置;
を含み、
1つの前記無線医療構成要素の前記予測残存動作時間が所定の閾値に達したとき、前記バッテリー分析手段は、前記ホスト装置の送受信機を介して前記1つの無線医療構成要素にメッセージを送信し、
前記1つの無線医療構成要素は、該メッセージに応答して、自身の前記機能構成要素の機能を前記複数の無線医療構成要素のうち所定の予測残存動作時間を有する無線医療構成要素へ転送する、
ことを特徴とする医療システム。 - 前記機能構成要素は、EKGセンサー、脈拍センサー、血液酸素センサー、血液測定センサー、脳波センサー、温度センサー、かん流ポンプ、点滴静注制御装置、患者識別タグ、リストバンド、ペースメーカー、人工呼吸器、X線検出器、MRIコイル、の少なくとも1つを有する、請求項1記載の医療システム。
- 前記電源は、前記機能構成要素に電力を供給する再充電可能なバッテリーと、前記バッテリーの電圧出力を監視する前記充電レベル監視装置とを有する、請求項2記載の医療システム。
- 前記無線医療構成要素は、前記機能構成要素及び充電レベル監視装置からの信号を送信可能な信号に組み立てるマイクロプロセッシング構成要素制御ユニットを更に有する、請求項1記載の医療システム。
- 前記ホスト装置は、ユーザーインターフェースを有し、前記ユーザーインターフェースでは、ユーザーが前記予測バッテリー寿命及び前記機能構成要素からの情報を閲覧可能である、請求項1記載の医療システム。
- 前記ホスト装置は、バッテリー放電率に関する履歴データを格納する履歴データメモリーと、受信パワーレベル及び前記履歴データから残存バッテリー充電及び再充電可能なバッテリーの可変残存利用可能寿命へアクセスするバッテリー分析手段とを更に有する、請求項3記載の医療システム。
- 前記機能構成要素は携帯可能なX線検出器であり、及び前記ホスト装置は前記検出器と共に携帯可能である、請求項1記載の医療システム。
- 前記複数の無線医療構成要素は、追加のホスト装置と通信する、請求項1記載の医療システム。
- 複数の無線医療構成要素の動作を制御する方法であって:
各前記無線医療構成要素は、所定の機能を実行する機能構成要素と、前記機能構成要素に電力を供給する電源と、充電レベル監視装置と、送受信機とを有し;
前記無線医療構成要素は、ホスト装置と通信し;
前記ホスト装置は、送受信機と、医療機能信号解釈手段と、バッテリー分析手段とを有し;
当該方法は:
充電レベル監視装置が、前記電源の充電レベルを監視する段階と;
前記無線医療構成要素の送受信機が、前記機能構成要素及び前記充電レベル監視装置からの情報を伝達する信号を無線で送信する段階と;
前記ホスト装置の送受信機が、前記無線医療構成要素からの信号を受信する段階と;
前記医療機能信号解釈手段が、前記機能構成要素から受信した信号を解釈する段階と;
前記バッテリー分析手段が、前記無線医療構成要素の予測残存動作時間を、前記充電レベル監視装置からの情報を伝達する前記信号に基づき決定する段階と;
1つの前記無線医療構成要素の前記予測残存動作時間が所定の閾値に達したとき、前記バッテリー分析手段が、前記ホスト装置の送受信機を介して前記1つの無線医療構成要素にメッセージを送信する段階と;
前記1つの無線医療構成要素が、該メッセージに応答して、自身の前記機能構成要素の機能を前記複数の無線医療構成要素のうち所定の予測残存動作時間を有する無線医療構成要素へ転送する段階と;
を有する方法。 - 前記無線医療構成要素は、EKGセンサー、脈拍センサー、血液酸素センサー、血液測定センサー、脳波センサー、温度センサー、かん流ポンプ、点滴静注制御装置、患者識別タグ、リストバンド、ペースメーカー、人工呼吸器、X線検出器、MRIコイル、の少なくとも1つを有する、請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記電源はバッテリーであり、
前記残存動作時間を決定する段階は:
前記バッテリーの現在の電圧レベルを読み出し及び前記読み出した電圧レベルを送信信号に組み入れる段階と;
前記電圧データを所定の電圧データ閾値と比較する段階と;
バッテリーの予測充電を決定する段階と;
を有する、
請求項9記載の方法。 - 予測バッテリー寿命曲線を推定する段階と;
バッテリー動作電圧が前記構成要素を動作するため又は更なる処置を完全に実行するために不十分になる予測危機的時間点を決定する段階と;
前記バッテリーを再充電及び交換するための聴覚的又は視覚的勧告を生成する段階と;
を更に有する、請求項11記載の方法。 - 指定されたタスクを実行するのに十分な残存バッテリー寿命を備えた構成要素を識別する段階と;
構成要素の残存バッテリー寿命に基づき前記構成要素の使用の予定を組む段階と;
を更に有する、請求項12記載の方法。
