Description
前記第1チェック弁の弁体は、係合部を有する係合部位と側壁を設けている前記側壁部位と着座部位が一体に構成されていて、
前記側壁部位は前記チェック弁ユニットの本体の開口部より幅が小さく、前記係合部位は前記側壁部位より幅が小さく、さらに前記着座部位の幅の大きさは、前記チェック弁ユニットの本体の前記開口部と対向する側において前記開口部の幅の大きさより大きく、
前記係合部位と前記側壁部位は複数の曲面コーナー部を有し、前記側壁部位の曲面コーナー部は、前記本体の開口部の内側に接することを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 可変吐出ポンプに接続されたタンデム通路またはパラレル通路からの圧油を受け入れる油圧制御弁であって、同油圧制御弁のケーシングには、前記パラレル通路からの圧油が供給されている状態でタンデム通路との連通を遮断するよう作動する第1チェック弁の弁体を摺動可能且つ回転不能に収納するチェック弁ユニットが固定して内蔵され、また前記チェック弁ユニットの収納部内周面と前記弁体外周面との間には前記パラレル通路からの圧油通路が形成されており、
前記第1チェック弁の弁体は、係合部を有する係合部位と側壁を設けている前記側壁部位と着座部位が一体に構成されていて、
前記側壁部位は前記チェック弁ユニットの本体の開口部より幅が小さく、前記係合部位は前記側壁部位より幅が小さく、さらに前記着座部位の幅の大きさは、前記チェック弁ユニットの本体の前記開口部と対向する側において前記開口部の幅の大きさより大きく、
前記係合部位と前記側壁部位は複数の曲面コーナー部を有し、前記側壁部位の曲面コーナー部は、前記本体の開口部の内側に接することを特徴とする建設機械の油圧制御弁。 - 前記回転不能に収納するチェック弁ユニットとして、前記第1チェック弁の弁体外形面には摺動方向に所定長さのリブが設けられ、前記チェック弁ユニットの収納部内周面には前記リブを受け入れる溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された建設機械の油圧制御弁。
- 前記回転不能に収納するチェック弁ユニットとして、前記チェック弁ユニットの収納部内周面には所定長さのリブが設けられ、前記第1チェック弁の弁体外形面には前記リブを受け入れる溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された建設機械の油圧制御弁。
- 前記チェック弁ユニットには、前記パラレル通路から前記圧油通路への圧油の流動を遮断する第2チェック弁が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3に記載された建設機械の油圧制御弁。
- 前記第2チェック弁の弁体は、前記第1チェック弁の弁体内に摺動可能に収納されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載された建設機械の油圧制御弁。
