Description
Claims (13)
- バルブハウジング(2)と、作動装置(3)と、バルブハウジング(2)のピストン室(4)内で軸方向に移動可能なバルブピストン(5)とを備え、
前記バルブハウジング(2)は、少なくとも1つの圧力接続部(P)と、少なくとも1つの接続ポート(T)とを有し、前記バルブピストン(5)は、ピストン室(4)内の閉鎖位置(SP)と開放位置(OS)との間で、作動装置(3)によって生成される作動力に比例して移動するバルブピストン(5)によって、圧力接続部(P)と接続ポート(T)との間の流路を遮断または比例して解放し、
前記バルブピストン(5)は、第1のスプール領域(6)と第2のスプール領域(7)とを有し、前記バルブピストン(5)は、軸方向(AR)において第1のスプール領域(6)の後で、かつ第2のスプール領域(7)の前に円周の凹部(8)を有し、前記凹部(8)は、ピストン室(4)と共に圧力室(9)を形成し、前記圧力接続部(P)は、圧力室(9)内に開口し、
前記第1のスプール領域(6)の第1の直径(D1)は、前記第2のスプール領域(7)の第2の直径(D2)よりも大きいことを特徴とする、比例油圧バルブ(1)。 - 前記バルブピストン(5)は、軸方向(AR)において第1スプール領域(6)の前に、閉鎖要素(10)、特にバルブコーンを有し、前記バルブハウジング(2)は弁座(11)を有し、前記閉鎖要素(10)は、バルブピストン(5)が閉鎖位置(SP)にあるとき、弁座(11)に載っていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の比例油圧バルブ(1)。
- 前記ピストン室(4)は、軸方向において圧力接続部(P)の前に第1の環状溝(12)を有し、前記接続ポート(T)は第1の環状溝(12)に開口し、前記弁座(11)は第1の環状溝(12)の周縁に形成され、前記第1のスプール領域(6)は、リフトオフムーブメント経路(PU)上の弁座(11)を積極的に覆うことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の比例油圧バルブ(1)。
- 前記バルブピストン(5)は、凹部(8)から第1のスプール領域(6)内に軸方向に延びる少なくとも1つの切欠き部(13)を有し、前記少なくとも1つの切欠き部(13)は、放射状で部分的にのみ円周であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の比例油圧バルブ(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの切欠き部(13)は、軸方向(AR)に増加する断面積を少なくとも部分的に有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の比例油圧バルブ(1)。
- 前記バルブピストン(5)は、円周の周りに均等に分配された2つ以上の切欠き部(13)を有することを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の比例油圧バルブ(1)。
- 前記ピストン室(4)は、一方の軸方向端部(14)に減衰室(15)を有し、前記バルブピストン(5)は、接続ポート(T)と流体接続する円周の減衰溝(16)を有し、減衰ギャップ(S)は、バルブピストン(5)とピストン室(4)との間に、減衰溝(16)から軸方向に延び、前記減衰ギャップ(S)は、減衰室(15)と流体接続することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の比例油圧バルブ(1)。
- 前記第2のスプール領域(7)は、ピストン室(4)のガイド部(17)内に案内され、前記減衰室(15)は、軸方向においてガイド部(17)の後に配置され、前記減衰溝(16)は、第2のスプール領域(7)上に形成され、前記減衰ギャップ(S)は軸方向(AR)に延びることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の比例油圧バルブ(1)。
- 前記バルブピストン(5)は、軸方向のブラインドボア(18)と、バルブピストン(5)を径方向に通る第1のボア(19)と、バルブピストン(5)を径方向に通る第2のボア(20)とを有し、前記第1のボア(19)は、接続部ポート(T)と流体接続し、前記第2のボア(20)は、減衰溝(16)と流体接続することを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の比例油圧バルブ(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの円周の第2の環状溝(21)は、第2のスプール領域(7)上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の比例油圧バルブ(1)。
- 前記油圧バルブ(1)は、比例圧力制限バルブであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の比例油圧バルブ(1)。
- 前記油圧バルブ(1)は、パイロット作動逆止弁であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の比例油圧バルブ(1)。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の比例油圧バルブ(1)を備えた、油圧システム。
