Description

イソシアナート末端PURプレポリマーは、生成するプレポリマーがイソシアナートで末端化されるような割合で、一つ以上のポリオールを、有利にはジオールを、一つ以上のポリイソシアナートと、有利にはジイソシアナートと反応させることによって得られる。ジオールをジイソシアナートと反応させる場合には、1モル過剰のジイソシアナートが用いられる
湿気硬化型SPUR樹脂は、先に示したように、水酸基末端PURプレポリマーをイソシアナトシランと反応させることによって調製できる。水酸基末端PURプレポリマーは、イソシアナート末端PURプレポリマーの調製用に上で記載したのと実質的に同じ物質、すなわちポリオール、ポリイソシアナートおよび含んでもよい成分としての触媒(好ましくは縮合触媒)、を用いた実質的に同じ方法で得ることができるが、一つの主要な差異は、ポリオールとポリイソシアナートの比率が、生成するプレポリマー中で水酸基末端を生じるような比率である点にある。それ故、例えばジオールとジイソシアナートの場合、前者の過剰なモル比が使われ、これにより、水酸基末端PURプレポリマーが生成することになる。
本発明の湿気硬化型SPUR樹脂は、ポリウレタンプレポリマーの初期生成なしに、一つ以上のポリオール、有利にはジオールを直接的にイソシアナトシランと反応させて得ることができる。湿気硬化型SPUR樹脂を製造する方法に有用である物質、すなわち、ポリオールおよびシラン、例えば加水分解が可能な官能性、およびイソシアナート官能性の両方を有するシランは、上に記載されている。そのようなものとして、適切なポリオールは、約4,000から20,000の間の分子量を有する水酸基末端ポリオールを含む。しかし、種々の構造、分子量、および/もしくは官能性のポリオールの混合物もまた使用してよい。湿気硬化型SPUR樹脂を得るために前述のポリオールとの反応に用いられる適切なイソシアナトシランは、上に記載されている。
Claims (19)
- 互いの空間関係において、少なくとも二つの間隔をあけて配置したガラスのシートと、それらの間にある、空気、二酸化炭素、六フッ化硫黄、窒素、アルゴン、クリプトン、キセノン、およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される低い熱伝導率の気体、下記を含有する湿気硬化型シリル化された樹脂含有組成物の硬化から生成する硬化されたシーリング材組成物を含む気体シーリング材要素と、を含有する断熱ガラスユニット:
a)水酸基末端ポリウレタンプレポリマーとイソシアナトシランとの反応から得られる湿気硬化型シリル化された樹脂、ここで、水酸基末端ポリウレタンプレポリマーはモル過剰の4,000から18,000グラム/モルまでの数平均分子量を有し、ポリオールのグラム当たり0.04ミリ当量より大きくない末端基不飽和レベルを有するポリエーテルポリオールとジイソシアナートとの反応によって調製され、そして前記イソシアナトシランは、式
OCN−R5−Si(R6)y(OR7)3−y
であり、式中、R5は炭素原子数が12までのアルキレン基であり、R6は炭素原子数が8までのアルキル基もしくはアリール基であり、R7は炭素原子数が6までの、同一の、もしくは異なるアルキル基であり、そしてyは0、1または2である。
b)陽イオン性界面活性剤によって修飾される少なくとも一つのナノ粘土、前記ナノ粘土の粒子は0.01μmと5μmの間の横寸法と0.5nmと10nmの間の縦寸法を有する。
c)硬化された樹脂(a)の透過性よりも気体に対するより小さな透過性を有する少なくとも一つの固体の重合体。 - 湿気硬化型シリル化された樹脂(a)が、全組成物の1重量%から99重量%までの範囲である、請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 湿気硬化型シリル化された樹脂(a)が、全組成物の10重量%から50重量%までの範囲である、請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 湿気硬化型シリル化された樹脂(a)が、全組成物の20重量%から30重量%までの範囲である、請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- ナノ粘土(b)のナノ粘土部分が、モンモリロナイト、ナトリウムモンモリロナイト、カルシウムモンモリロナイト、マグネシウムモンモリロナイト、ノントロナイト、ベイデルライト、ボルコンスコイト、ラポナイト、ヘクトライト、サポーナイト、ソーコナイト、マガダイト、ケンヤイト、ソボカイト、スビンドルダイト、スチーブンサイト、バーミキュライト、ハロイサイト、アルミナートオキシド、ハイドロタルサイト、イライト、レクトライト、タロソバイト、レディカイト、カオリナイト、および、それらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- ナノ粘土(b)が有機部分を含み、該有機部分が少なくとも一つの第三級アミン化合物、R3R4R5N、および/もしくは第四級アンモニウム化合物、R5R6R7R8N+X−で修飾され、式中、R3、R4、R5、R6、R7、およびR8が、それぞれ独立して炭素原子数が60までのアルキル基、アルケニル基、もしくはアルコキシシラン基であり、そしてX − が陰イオンである、請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- ナノ粘土(b)のナノ粘土部分が、アンモニウム、第一級アルキルアンモニウム、第二級アルキルアンモニウム、第三級アルキルアンモニウム、第四級アルキルアンモニウム、脂肪族、芳香族、もしくは芳香族基置換脂肪族のアミン、ホスフィン、もしくはスルフィドのホスホニウム誘導体、または、脂肪族、芳香族、もしくは芳香族基置換脂肪族のアミン、ホスフィン、もしくはスルフィドのスルホニウム誘導体で修飾される、請求項5に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- ナノ粘土(b)が、全組成物の0.1重量%から50重量%までの範囲である、請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- ナノ粘土(b)が、全組成物の10重量%から30重量%までの範囲である、請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- ナノ粘土(b)が、全組成物の15重量%から20重量%までの範囲である、請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 固体の重合体(c)が、低密度ポリエチレン、超低密度ポリエチレン、直鎖状の低密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリイソブチレン、ポリビニルアセタート、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリスチレン、ポリカーボナート、ポリエステル、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン、ポリメチルメタクリラート、ポリフッ化ビニル、ポリアミド、ポリメチルペンテン、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、エチレンクロロトリフルオロエチレン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、セルロースアセタート、セルロースアセタートブチラート、可塑化されたポリ塩化ビニル、アイオノマー、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、スチレン−無水マレイン酸、変性ポリフェニレンオキシド、エチレン−プロピレンゴム、ポリブタジエン、ポリクロロプレン、ポリイソプレン、ポリウレタン、スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン、スチレン−エチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン、ポリメチルフェニルシロキサン、および、それらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 接着促進剤、界面活性剤、ナノ粘土以外の充填剤、触媒、着色剤、顔料、可塑剤、酸化防止剤、紫外線安定剤、および殺生物剤からなる群から選択される少なくとも一つの含んでもよい成分をさらに含有する、請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記接着促進剤が、n−2−アミノエチル−3−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、1,3,5−トリス(トリメトキシシリルプロピル)イソシアヌラート、γ−アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン、γ−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、ビス(γ−トリメトキシシリルプロピル)アミン、N−フェニル−γ−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、トリアミノ官能性トリメトキシシラン、γ−アミノプロピルメチルジエトキシシラン、γ−アミノプロピルメチルジエトキシシラン、メタクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、メチルアミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、γ−グリシドキシプロピルエチルジメトキシシラン、γ−グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、γ−グリシドキシエチルトリメトキシシラン、β−(3,4−エポキシシクロヘキシル)プロピルトリメトキシシラン、β−(3,4−エポキシシクロヘキシル)エチルメチルジメトキシシラン、イソシアナトプロピルトリエトキシシラン、イソシアナトプロピルメチルジメトキシシラン、β−シアノエチルトリメトキシシラン、γ−アクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、γ−メタクリロキシプロピルメチルジメトキシシラン、4−アミノ−3,3−ジメチルブチルトリメトキシシラン、n−エチル−3−トリメトキシシリル−2−メチルプロパンアミン、および、それらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項12に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記界面活性剤が、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール、エトキシ化されたヒマシ油、オレイン酸エトキシラート、アルキルフェノールエトキシラート、エチオレンオキシドとプロピレンオキシドとの共重合体、およびシリコーンとポリエーテルとの共重合体、シリコーンと、エチレンオキシドとプロピレンオキシドの共重合体との共重合体、ならびに、それらの混合物からなる群から選択される非イオン性界面活性剤である、請求項12に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記非イオン性界面活性剤が、エチオレンオキシドとプロピレンオキシドとの共重合体、シリコーンとポリエーテルとの共重合体、シリコーンと、エチレンオキシドとプロピレンオキシドの共重合体との共重合体、および、それらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項14に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記ナノ粘土以外の充填剤が、炭酸カルシウム、沈降炭酸カルシウム、コロイド状の炭酸カルシウム、ステアリン酸エステルもしくはステアリン酸で処理された炭酸カルシウム、フュームドシリカ、沈降シリカ、シリカゲル、疎水化処理されたシリカ、親水性シリカゲル、粉砕した石英、粉末にした石英、アルミナ、水酸化アルミニウム、水酸化チタン、粘土、カオリン、ベントナイト、モンモリロナイト、珪藻土、酸化鉄、カーボンブラック、そしてグラファイト、雲母、滑石、ならびに、それらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項12に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記触媒がスズ触媒である、請求項12に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記スズ触媒が、ジブチルスズジラウラート、ジブチルスズジアセタート、ジブチルスズジメトキシド、スズオクトアート、イソブチルスズトリセロアート、ジブチルスズオキシド、ジブチルスズビス(ジイソオクチルフタラート)、ビス(トリプロポキシシリル)ジオクチルスズ、ジブチルスズビス(アセチルアセトン)、シリル化されたジブチルスズジオキシド、カルボメトキシフェニルスズトリス(ウベラート)、イソブチルスズトリセロアート、ジメチルスズジブチラート、ジメチルスズジ(ネオデカノアート)、トリエチルスズタルタラート、ジブチルスズジベンゾアート、スズオレアート、スズナフテナート、ブチルスズトリ(2−エチルヘキシルヘキソアート)、スズブチラート、ジオルガノスズビス(β−ジケトナート)、および、それらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項17に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
- 前記ポリエステルが、ポリエチレンテレフタラート、ポリブチレンテレフタラート、ポリエチレンナフタラート、グリコール変性ポリエチレンテレフタラートからなる群より選択される、請求項11に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。
