Description
しかしラジアルフロー反応器は、反応器の直径より反応器の長さを拡大して大型化した場合、流体の通過面積が過剰に拡大されて流体の充填層内の流速が低下し充填層内の圧力損失が過剰に低下して充填層内の通過面積に対して均一に分布する流れを得にくくなることがある。そのような場合、敢えてアウターバスケットやセンターパイプを複雑な構造として流れに対する抵抗(圧力損失)を付けて、通過面積に対して強制的に均一に分布する流れが得られるようにすることが多い。
直立して配置される筒状の反応容器内に、粒状充填物の連続した充填層を収容する領域である充填領域と、反応容器の軸方向に垂直な断面において充填領域の外側と内側にそれぞれ配された、流体が軸方向に流通可能な外側流路および内側流路とを含み、充填領域と外側流路との間で流体が流通可能、かつ充填領域と内側流路との間で流体が流通可能に構成された反応器であって、
充填領域の内側の縁との間に粒状充填物が通過可能な隙間をもって充填領域を軸方向に区画する仕切り板と、外側流路における軸方向の流体の流通を遮断する閉塞部と、を含む外側仕切り構造、および、
充填領域の外側の縁との間に粒状充填物が通過可能な隙間をもって充填領域を軸方向に区画する仕切り板と、内側流路における軸方向の流体の流通を遮断する閉塞部と、を含む内側仕切り構造
のうちの少なくとも一つの仕切り構造を含み、

Claims (7)
- 直立して配置される筒状の反応容器内に、粒状充填物の連続した充填層を収容する領域である充填領域と、反応容器の軸方向に垂直な断面において充填領域の外側と内側にそれぞれ配された、流体が軸方向に流通可能な外側流路および内側流路とを含み、充填領域と外側流路との間で流体が流通可能、かつ充填領域と内側流路との間で流体が流通可能に構成された反応器であって、
充填領域の内側の縁との間に粒状充填物が通過可能な隙間をもって充填領域を軸方向に区画する仕切り板と、外側流路における軸方向の流体の流通を遮断する閉塞部と、を含む外側仕切り構造、および、
充填領域の外側の縁との間に粒状充填物が通過可能な隙間をもって充填領域を軸方向に区画する仕切り板と、内側流路における軸方向の流体の流通を遮断する閉塞部と、を含む内側仕切り構造
のうちの少なくとも一つの仕切り構造を含み、
前記少なくとも一つの仕切り構造の上下で、反応容器の半径方向における流体の流通方向が反対になるよう構成された
反応器。 - 前記少なくとも一つの仕切り構造において、前記仕切り板が、前記隙間を有する側に向かって上向きの傾斜を有する請求項1記載の反応器。
- 前記傾斜の角度が、15°〜50°である請求項2記載の反応器。
- 前記傾斜の角度が、前記粒状充填物の安息角以上である請求項2記載の反応器。
- 前記仕切り板に、充填物抜き出し用の管が設けられた請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の反応器。
- 前記充填領域内に、伝熱管を含む請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載の反応器。
- 前記仕切り板が、前記伝熱管を支持する請求項6記載の反応器。
