Description
(i)プロセス流体を反応器の一つ以上の対向するポートに供給するステップと、
(ii)プロセス流体を反応器内に配置されている触媒又は収着剤の固定床を通って軸方向及び反対方向に通すステップと、
(iii)得られたプロセス流体を前記固定床内に配置された回収手段を通じて回収するステップと、そして
(iv)プロセス流体を前記回収手段(前記回収手段は前記反応器の一つ以上の既存対向ポートと流体連絡している)を通じて反応器から取り出すステップと
を含む方法も提供する。
Claims (17)
- ドーム形の両端部、及び前記ドーム形の両端部に配置された対向ポートを有するシェルを含む反応器を軸流配置から対向軸流配置に改造する方法であって、
(i)プロセス流体回収手段を前記シェルの中に、一つ以上の前記ポートと流体連絡させて設置すること、
(ii)前記反応器に、前記プロセス流体回収手段の周りの粒状触媒又は収着剤の床を提供すること、及び
(iii)前記反応器に供給されるプロセス流体が前記触媒又は収着剤の固定床を軸方向に及び反対方向に通り、そして前記プロセス流体回収手段によって回収されるように、前記対向ポートを通して前記反応器に流体を適応すること、
を含む方法。 - プロセス流体回収手段が、前記反応器内の前記床内の中央に配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- プロセス流体回収手段が、チャンバを規定する有孔部材と、前記チャンバと流体連絡している導管とを含み、前記導管は一つ以上の前記ポートに接続するように適応されている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- プロセス流体回収手段が有孔リングコレクタを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- プロセス流体回収手段がいくつかの部品で構成されるモジュール形式であり、該部品が反応器内でその場で一緒に接合されて該プロセス流体回収手段が形成される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- プロセス流体回収手段が、二つ以上の出口ポートと流体連絡するように設置される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- プロセス流体回収手段が、一つの出口ポートと流体連絡するように設置され、前記出口ポートは入口ポートと同心配置されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 出口ポートがベンチュリ手段を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- ドーム形の両端部、及び前記ドーム形の両端部に配置された対向ポートを有するシェルを含む、対向軸流用に改造された反応器であって、前記反応器はプロセス流体回収手段の周りに粒状触媒又は収着剤の床を有し、該プロセス流体回収手段は前記床内の中央に、一つ以上の前記ポートと流体連絡させて設置されており、前記反応器に供給されるプロセス流体が前記触媒又は収着剤の固定床を軸方向に及び反対方向に通り、そして前記回収手段によって回収され、そして前記ポートの一つ以上を通じて反応器から取り出される、前記反応器。
- 前記触媒又は収着剤の固定床が不活性材料の層を有する、請求項9に記載の反応器。
- 不活性粒子の層が前記プロセス流体回収手段の周りに提供されており、該不活性材料粒子は残りの床を構成する触媒又は収着剤粒子の粒径より大きい粒径を有し、回収手段の周辺のプロセス流体の透過性が向上される、請求項10に記載の反応器。
- 粒状触媒又は収着剤の床を通って延びるバイパス手段が備えられ、プロセス流体の一部が床の一端から他端に運搬される、請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- i)プロセス流体を、請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に記載の反応器の対向ポートに供給するステップと、
ii)プロセス流体を反応器内に配置されている触媒粒子又は収着剤粒子の固定床を通って軸方向及び反対方向に通すステップと、
iii)得られたプロセス流体を、前記固定床内に配置された回収手段を通じて回収するステップと、
iv)プロセス流体を、前記反応器の一つ以上の前記対向ポートと流体連絡している前記回収手段を通じて容器から取り出すステップと
を含む方法。 - プロセス流体が、水素、一酸化炭素、二酸化炭素及び蒸気を含み、固定床が水性ガスシフト触媒を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- プロセス流体が水素、一酸化炭素及び二酸化炭素を含み、固定床がメタノール合成触媒を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- プロセス流体が水素及び窒素を含み、固定床がアンモニア合成触媒を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- プロセス流体が触媒毒を含有する炭化水素原料を含み、固定床が原料から前記毒を除去するのに有用な触媒又は収着剤を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
