図20は、実施の形態2によるステンレス部材の断面図である。図20を参照して、実施の形態2によるステンレス部材50は、ステンレス鋼501と、不動態被膜502とを含む。
Claims (8)
- オーステナイト系のステンレス鋼と、
前記ステンレス鋼の表面に形成され、Cr酸化物の組成比が52.04%以上である不動態被膜とを備え、
当該ステンレス部材の表面におけるCr/Fe比は、1よりも大きい、ステンレス部材。 - 前記ステンレス鋼は、SUS316Lからなる、請求項1に記載のステンレス部材。
- 表面におけるCr酸化物の組成比がFe酸化物の組成比よりも少ないオーステナイト系のステンレス鋼を第1の酸によって処理する第1の工程と、
前記第1の酸によって処理されたステンレス鋼を第2の酸によって処理する第2の工程とを備え、
前記第1の酸は、フッ酸、フッ硝酸、フッ硝酸と有機酸との混酸、およびフッ酸と有機酸との混酸のいずれかからなり、
前記第2の酸は、硝酸、クロム酸、重クロム酸ソーダおよび過マンガン酸カリのいずれかからなる、ステンレス部材の製造方法。 - 前記有機酸は、酢酸、シュウ酸、クエン酸、コハク酸、マロン酸、リンゴ酸、酒石酸、マレイン酸および乳酸の少なくとも1つからなる、請求項3に記載のステンレス部材の製造方法。
- 前記第1の酸は、フッ酸からなり、
前記第2の酸は、硝酸からなる、請求項3に記載のステンレス部材の製造方法。 - 前記第1の酸は、フッ硝酸からなり、
前記第2の酸は、硝酸からなる、請求項3に記載のステンレス部材の製造方法。 - 固体高分子型燃料電池に用いられるセパレータであって、
請求項1または請求項2に記載のステンレス部材を備えるセパレータ。 - 固体高分子型燃料電池に用いられるセパレータの製造方法であって、
請求項3から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法によってステンレス部材を製造する第1の工程と、
前記第1の工程によって製造されたステンレス部材の一主面に溝を形成する第2の工程とを備えるセパレータの製造方法。
