Description
圧縮ゴム層を形成するゴム組成物の材料を表1に示す。表1において、非石油・非石炭由来の材料は、天然ゴム、天然系短繊維、ZnO、シリカ、植物油系軟化剤、硫黄であり、その他は石油・石炭由来の材料である。尚、表1において、非石油・非石炭由来の材料に「○」を付して示した。
2 圧縮ゴム層
Claims (4)
- ベルト長手方向に沿って心線を埋設し、圧縮ゴム層を備えた動力伝動用ベルトであって、圧縮ゴム層を形成する材料のうち、非石油・非石炭由来の材料の比率が80質量%以上であると共に、上記の圧縮ゴム層は、天然系ゴム100質量部に対して、天然短繊維10〜40質量部、シリカ50〜80質量部、植物系軟化剤2〜5質量部を配合したゴム組成物からなることを特徴とする動力伝動用ベルト。
- 上記の圧縮ゴム層を形成するゴム組成物には、シリカ50〜80質量部に対して、シランカップリング剤が2〜5質量部配合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝動用ベルト。
- 上記の圧縮ゴム層を形成するゴム組成物には、天然系ゴム100質量部に対して、カーボンブラックが10質量部以下配合されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の動力伝動用ベルト。
- 断面V字形状のローエッジベルト、Vリブドベルトのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の動力伝動用ベルト。
