Claims (4)
- 表面処理鋼板の側縁部を互いに重ね合わせて溶接接合してなる缶胴部の両端部に缶蓋を二重巻締めした溶接缶体であって、
該表面処理鋼板は、0.12〜0.16mmの範囲の板厚と、400〜530MPaの範囲の降伏応力Ypと、5〜30%の範囲の伸びElとを備えており、
該缶胴部は、51〜53mmの範囲の直径を備える円筒状部と、該円筒状部の両端に連設され45〜51mmの範囲で該円筒状部より細い直径を備え該缶蓋が二重巻締めされたネックイン部とを備え、
全長が87〜106mmの範囲にあり、該缶胴部の両端の該ネックイン部の間に67〜71mmの範囲の長さの未加工部を備えると共に、残余を両ネックイン部の長さの合計とすることを特徴とする溶接缶体。 - 請求項1記載の溶接缶体において、前記缶胴部は、全長が87〜90mmの範囲にあると共に、該缶胴部の両端の前記ネックイン部の長さは合計で16〜23mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする溶接缶体。
- 請求項1記載の溶接缶体において、前記缶胴部は、全長が96〜99mmの範囲にあると共に、該缶胴部の両端の前記ネックイン部の長さは合計で25〜32mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする溶接缶体。
- 請求項1記載の溶接缶体において、前記缶胴部は、全長が103〜106mmの範囲にあると共に、該缶胴部の両端の前記ネックイン部の長さは合計で32〜39mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする溶接缶体。
