Description
基地局内で、基地局の総送信電力の最大値を自律的かつ動的に適応させることを含む方法が提供される。
式中、CPICH_Tx_PowerFBは、検出されたフェムトセル基地局のブロードキャストチャネルから読み取られたCPICH送信電力である。次いで、フェムトセル基地局への最小パス損失を有する隣接するフェムトセル基地局のブロードキャストチャネルから読み取られた最大UE送信電力が選択される。
式中、CPICH_Tx_PowerNodeBは、検出されたnodeBのブロードキャストチャネルから読み取られたCPICH送信電力である。
DL最大送信電力は、検出RSCP値が最大のフェムトセル基地局のCPICH Tx電力から、10×log10(CPICHに割り振られた総フェムトセル基地局電力の割合)を減算した値が設定される。
Avg_ML_Pathloss=下位1%のnodeBからフェムトセル基地局UEへのパスの損失の平均
Avg_FBL_Pathloss=上位10%のFBからFB UEへのパスの損失の平均
Pathloss_adjustment=[(1/2)×(Avg_FBL_Pathloss−Avg_ML_Pathloss)]の絶対値
更に、新しいパラメータ、室内損失が、中央管理システムによって最初に提供された最小室内損失の値に設定される。しかし、最小室内損失は、以下でより詳しく説明するように、DL及びULの最大電力適応のプロセスが繰り返されるにつれて適応される。
Avg_FBL_Pathloss=上位10%のFBからFB UEへのパスの損失の平均
Pathloss_adjustment=[(1/2)×(Avg_FBL_Pathloss−最大許容FBパス損失)]の絶対値
最大許容フェムトセル基地局パス損失は、管理システムによって提供され、想定される最大室内パス損失(一般に、約90dB)に基づく。
Claims (11)
- マクロレイヤ基地局との干渉を検出したときにセルラー式無線通信ネットワークにおけるフェムトセル基地局を制御する方法であって、
前記マクロレイヤ基地局と、前記フェムトセル基地局への無線接続を有する1つ以上のモバイル機器との間のパス損失の複数の測定値を取得する工程と、
前記複数の測定値の所定のパーセンタイルでパス損失を判定する工程と、
前記複数の測定値の所定のパーセンタイルで判定したパス損失に基づき前記基地局への無線接続を有する1つ以上のモバイル機器の総送信電力の最大値を適応させる工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記1つ以上のモバイル機器の総送信電力の最大値を適応させる前記工程は、
前記1つ以上のモバイル機器の総送信電力の最大値を、前記基地局が特定のサービスをサポートするために必要な最小信号電力と、前記複数の測定値の所定のパーセンタイルでのパス損失との和に設定する工程を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記1つ以上のモバイル機器の総送信電力の最大値を判定する工程と、
前記判定した最大値を、前記総送信電力の最大許容値と比較する工程と、
前記判定した最大値が前記総送信電力の最大許容値を超えていない場合に、前記判定した最大値を前記1つ以上のモバイル機器の総送信電力の最大値に設定する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記基地局内の前記1つ以上のモバイル機器の総送信電力の最大値を自律的かつ動的に適応させる工程を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記1つ又は複数のモバイル機器の総送信電力の最大値を適応させる工程の前に、
UEと通信するために選択された搬送波が隣接するマクロレイヤ基地局又は他の基地局によって未使用かどうかを判定する工程を有し、
検出されたマクロレイヤ基地局又は他の基地局のCPICH信号がなく、前記搬送波における受信信号強度インジケータ(RSSI)が最小干渉閾値未満である場合、搬送波が未使用であるとすることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記搬送波が、隣接するマクロレイヤ基地局又は他の基地局によって未使用でない場合、隣接するマクロレイヤ基地局によってもたらされる前記干渉が隣接する他の基地局によってもたらされる前記干渉を上回るか、下回るかを判定する工程を更に有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 隣接するマクロレイヤ基地局によってもたらされる前記干渉が、隣接する他の基地局によってもたらされる前記干渉を上回る場合、前記基地局から隣接するマクロレイヤ基地局へのパス損失を計算する工程を更に有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上の複数のモバイル機器の総送信電力の最大値を適応させる工程が、
前記搬送波が、隣接するマクロレイヤ基地局又は他の基地局によって未使用である場合、前記1つ以上のモバイル機器の前記総送信電力を第1のレベルに設定する工程と、
前記搬送波が、隣接するマクロレイヤ基地局又は他の基地局によって未使用でなく、隣接するマクロレイヤ基地局によってもたらされる前記干渉が隣接する他の基地局によってもたらされる前記干渉を上回る場合、前記1つ以上のモバイル機器の前記総送信電力を第2のレベルに設定する工程と、
前記搬送波が、隣接するマクロレイヤ基地局又は他の基地局によって未使用でなく、隣接するマクロレイヤ基地局によってもたらされる前記干渉が隣接する他の基地局によってもたらされる前記干渉を下回る場合、前記1つ以上のモバイル機器の前記総送信電力を第3のレベルに設定する工程を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記第1、第2、又は第3のレベルが最大許容電力閾値を上回るかどうかを判定する工程と、
前記第1、第2、又は第3のレベルが最大許容電力閾値を上回る場合、前記基地局の前記総送信電力を前記最大許容電力閾値に再設定する工程と、
前記第1、第2、又は第3のレベルが最大許容電力閾値を上回らない場合、前記基地局の前記総送信電力をその設定レベルに維持する工程と、
を更に有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の前記方法を実行するように構成されていることを特徴とする基地局。
- 請求項10に記載の基地局を少なくとも1つと、
請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法により設定された送信電力を有する、少なくとも1つのモバイル機器と、
を備えていることを特徴とするセルラー式無線通信ネットワーク。
