−片面または両面が少なくとも部分的に印刷されたかまたは金属化され、かつ/または、他の方法で被覆され、かつ、少なくとも1種類の熱可塑性樹脂、特に好ましい態様ではポリカーボネート(PC)またはポリメチルメタクリレートまたはポリ(メタ)アクリレート(PMMA)でつくられているフラットフィルム片であって、サイズおよび印刷、金属化および/またはコーティングが製造される熱成形部品に一致する少なくとも1つのフィルムセクションを含むフラットフィルム片を提供する工程;
−このフィルム片を、フィルム片のエッジセクションのみがフレーム上に存在する規定の配置でフレーム上に載置する工程;
−このようにフレーム上に保持されたフィルム片を加熱ゾーンに導入し、そこで少なくともこのフィルムセクションを所定の温度に加熱する工程;並びに
−次に、このようにして加熱されるフィルム片を成形ゾーンに迅速に導入し、そこですぐに直接、20barよりも高い圧力手段圧力のもとで流体圧力手段を加え、平衡に成形して5秒以下の時間内に所望の熱成形部品を生じる工程
を包含する、少なくとも部分的に印刷され、金属化され、かつ/または、他の方法で被覆された熱成形フィルム部品の製造方法に関する。
−可動フレーム状パレットの連続ラインであって、コンベアによって装置の様々な作業ステーションを通過して段階的に導かれる連続ライン;
−成形されるフラットフィルム片を、それぞれ1つのパレット上に規定の配置で配置する供給ステーション;
−それぞれのフィルム片を所定の温度に加熱する加熱ステーション;
−金型を有する付形ステーションであって、その金型キャビティにおいてフィルム片を成形する付形ステーション;
−取り出しステーション(removal station)であって、付形ステーション中で成形された熱成形フィルム片を、これを保持するパレットから取り外し、収集コンテナに入れる取り出しステーション;および
−加圧下に保持された流体圧力手段用ソース、特に圧縮空気、であって、金型内に配置されたフィルム片に加え、かつ、成形する流体圧力手段用ソース。
−フラットフィルム片であって、片面または両面が少なくとも部分的に印刷され、金属化され、かつ/または他の方法で被覆されており、かつ、少なくとも1種類の熱可塑性樹脂でできており、かつ、サイズ並びに印刷、金属化および/またはコーティングに関して製造される熱成形部品に一致する少なくとも1つのフィルムセクションを含むフラットフィルム片を提供する工程;
−このフィルム片を、フィルム片のエッジセクションのみがフレーム上に存在する規定の配置でフレーム上に載置する工程;
−このようにしてフレーム上に存在するフィルム片を加熱ゾーンに導入し、少なくともこのフィルムセクションをそこで所定の温度まで加熱する工程;並びに
−次に、このようにして加熱されたフィルム片を成形ゾーンに迅速に導入し、そこにすぐに直接20barよりも高い流体圧力手段を加え、平衡に成形して5秒未満の時間内に所望の熱成形部品を得る工程
を包含する、少なくとも部分的に印刷され、金属化され、かつ/または他の方法で被覆された熱成形フィルム部品の製造方法から出発して、本発明による上記問題の解決方法は、
そのような加熱を、フィルムセクション全体の少なくとも片側またはフィルムセクションの主要部分の少なくとも片側がビカー軟化温度B/50よりも10〜65℃、好ましくは15〜65℃、特に好ましくは20〜65℃、より特に好ましくは25〜60℃高いフィルム表面温度を有するように行う
ことを特徴とする。

Zは、C原子を6〜34個有する芳香族基であって、1以上の任意に置換されていてもよい芳香核および脂肪族または脂環式基またはアルキルアリールまたはヘテロ原子をブリッジメンバーとしてを含んでいてもよいものである。)
のジヒドロキシアリール化合物である。
R1およびR2は、互いに独立して、水素、ハロゲン、好ましくは塩素または臭素、C1〜C8−アルキル、C5〜C6−シクロアルキル、C6〜C10−アリール、好ましくはフェニル、およびC7〜C12−アラルキル、好ましくはフェニル−C1〜C4−アルキル、特にベンジルであり、
mは、4〜7の整数、好ましくは4または5であり、
R3およびR4は、それぞれのXに関して個々に選択され、互いに独立して、水素またはC1〜C6−アルキルであり、かつ、
Xは、炭素であり、
但し、少なくとも1つの原子Xにおいて、R3およびR4は、同時にアルキルである。)
のジヒドロキシジフェニルシクロアルカンである。

R、R’およびR’’は、互いに独立して、同一であるかまたは異なっており、水素、直鎖もしくは分枝C1〜C34−アルキル、C7〜C34−アルキルアリールまたはC6〜C34−アリールであり、Rは更に−COO−R’’’であってもよく、R’’’は、水素、直鎖もしくは分枝C1〜C34−アルキル、C7〜C34−アルキルアリールまたはC6〜C34−アリールである。)
のジアリールカーボネートである。
RAは、直鎖もしくは分枝C1〜C34−アルキル、C7〜C34−アルキルアリール、C6〜C34−アリールまたは−COO−RDであり、RDは、水素、直鎖もしくは分枝C1〜C34−アルキル、C7〜C34−アルキルアリールまたはC6〜C34−アリールであり、かつ、
RB、RCは、互いに独立して、同一であるかまたは異なっており、水素、直鎖もしくは分枝C1〜C34−アルキル、C7〜C34−アルキルアリールまたはC6〜C34−アリールである。)
のモノヒドロキシアリール化合物であってもよい。
(1)ビカー軟化温度B/50(TVicat1)の熱可塑性樹脂の少なくとも1つの上部層および
(2)熱可塑性樹脂の下の、ビカー軟化温度B/50(TVicat1)よりも高いビカー軟化温度B/50(TVicat2)の少なくとも1つの層
を備える積層を有する少なくとも2つの層の共押出フィルムである。
(1)ビカー軟化温度B/50(TVicat1)の少なくとも1つの上部および下部の熱可塑性樹脂の層および
(2)ビカー軟化温度B/50(TVicat1)よりも高いビカー軟化温度B/50(TVicat2)の、好ましくは間の、少なくとも1つの熱可塑性樹脂の層
を備える積層を有する三層の共押出フィルムである。
−片面または両面が少なくとも部分的に印刷され、金属化され、かつ/または他の方法で被覆されており、かつ、ポリカーボネート(PC)、好ましくはジヒドロキシアリール化合物として2,2−ビス−(4−ヒドロキシフェニル)−プロパン(ビスフェノールA)ベースのポリカーボネート、でつくられているフラットフィルム片であって、サイズ並びに印刷、金属化および/またはコーティングに関して製造される熱成形部品に一致する少なくとも1つのフィルムセクションを含むフラットフィルム片を提供する工程;
−このフィルム片を、フィルム片のエッジセクションのみがフレーム上に存在する規定の配置でフレーム上に載置する工程;
−フレーム上にこのように存在するフィルム片を加熱ゾーンに導入し、少なくともこのフィルムセクションをそこで所定の温度に加熱する工程;並びに
−次に、このように加熱されたフィルム片を迅速に成形ゾーンに導入し、そこですぐに直接20barよりも大きい流体圧手段を加え、5秒未満の時間内で平衡に成形して所望の熱成形部品を生じる工程
を包含する、少なくとも部分的に印刷され、金属化され、かつ/または他の方法で被覆された熱成形フィルム部品の製造方法であって、
そのような加熱を、フィルムセクション全体の少なくとも片側またはフィルムセクションの主要部分の少なくとも片側がビカー軟化温度B/50より20〜65℃、好ましくは30〜60℃、特に好ましくは35〜60℃高い範囲、より特に好ましくは180〜200℃のフィルム表面温度を有するように行う
ことを特徴とする、少なくとも部分的に印刷され、金属化され、かつ/または他の方法で被覆された熱成形フィルム部品の製造方法である。
−温度分布からわかるフィルムセクション上の温度差を最小化し、
−主要フィルムセクションの少なくとも片側を特定のフィルム材料に関する上記範囲のフィルム表面温度まで加熱し、
−要すれば、このフィルム表面温度を少なくとも3℃超え、10℃よりも大きく超えない高い温度に個々の選択フィルム片セグメントを加熱する
ためにそれぞれ個々の赤外線表面ヒーターまたは石英ヒーターを個々に活性化するための選択的加熱を行ってもよい。
Claims (3)
- 少なくとも部分的に印刷され、金属化され、かつ/または、被覆された熱成形フィルム部品の製造方法であって少なくとも下記処理工程:
−片面または両面が少なくとも部分的に印刷され、金属化され、かつ/または、被覆され、かつ、少なくとも一種類の熱可塑性樹脂でつくられたフラットフィルム片であって、かつ、サイズ並びに印刷、金属化および/またはコーティングが製造される熱成形部品と一致する少なくとも1つのフィルムセクションを含むフラットフィルム片を提供する工程;
−このフィルム片を、フィルム片のエッジセクションのみがフレーム上に存在する規定の配置でフレーム上に載置する工程;
−このようにフレーム上に存在するフィルム片を加熱ゾーンに導入し、そこで少なくとも該フィルムセクションを所定の温度に加熱する工程;並びに
−次にこのようにして加熱されたフィルム片を迅速に成形ゾーンに導入し、そこにすぐに直接20barよりも高い圧力手段圧力のもとで流体圧力手段を加え、平衡に成形して5秒未満の時間内で所望の熱成形部品を生じる工程
を包含し、そのような加熱を、フィルムセクション全体の少なくとも片側またはフィルムセクションの主要部分の少なくとも片側のフィルム表面温度がビカット軟化温度B/50(ISO306(50N;50℃/時間))よりも25〜60℃高く、それによりコア領域温度が特定のフィルム表面温度よりも少なくとも10℃低くなるように非接触で行うことを特徴とする、少なくとも部分的に印刷され、金属化され、かつ/または、被覆された熱成形フィルム部品の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の少なくとも部分的に印刷され、金属化され、かつ/または、被覆された熱成形フィルム部品の製造方法であって、少なくとも下記処理工程:
−片面または両面が少なくとも部分的に印刷され、金属化され、かつ/または、被覆され、かつ、ポリカーボネートでつくられたフラットフィルム片であって、サイズ並びにプリンティング、金属化および/またはコーティングが該製造される熱成形部品と一致する少なくとも1つのフィルムセクションを含むフラットフィルム片を提供する工程;
−このフィルム片を、フィルム片のエッジセクションのみがフレーム上に存在する、規定の配置でフレーム上に載置する工程;
−このようにフレーム上に存在するフィルム片を加熱ゾーンに導入し、そこで少なくとも該フィルムセクションを所定の温度に加熱する工程;並びに
−このように加熱されたフィルム片を迅速に成形ゾーンに導入し、かつ、そこですぐに直接20barよりも高い圧力手段圧力のもとで流体圧力手段を加え、平衡に成形して所望の熱成形部品を5秒未満の時間内で生じる工程;
を包含し、そのような加熱を、フィルムセクション全体の少なくとも片側またはフィルムセクションの主要部分の少なくとも片側のフィルム表面温度が180℃〜200℃の範囲になるように行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の少なくとも部分的に印刷され、金属化され、かつ/または、被覆された熱成形フィルム部品の製造方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載の少なくとも部分的に印刷され、金属化され、かつ/または、被覆された熱成形フィルム部品の製造方法であって、少なくとも下記処理工程:
−片面または両面が少なくとも部分的に印刷され、金属化され、かつ/または、被覆され、かつ、ポリメチルメタクリレートでつくられたフラットフィルム片であって、サイズ並びに印刷、金属化および/またはコーティングが製造される熱成形部品に一致する少なくとも1つのフィルムセクションを含むフラットフィルム片を提供する工程;
−このフィルム片を、フィルム片のエッジセクションのみがフレーム上に存在する規定の配置でフレーム上に載置する工程;
−このようにフレーム上に存在するフィルム片を加熱ゾーンに導入し、そこで少なくともフィルムセクションを所定の温度に加熱する工程;並びに
−次に、このようにして加熱されたフィルム片を成形ゾーンに迅速に導入し、そこですぐに直接20barよりも高い圧力手段圧力のもとで流体圧力手段を加え、平衡に成形して5秒未満の時間内で所望の熱成形部品を生じる工程
を包含し、フィルムセクション全体の少なくとも片側またはフィルムセクションの主要部分の少なくとも片側のフィルム表面温度が130℃〜150℃の範囲になるようにそのような加熱を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の少なくとも部分的に印刷され、金属化され、かつ/または、被覆された熱成形フィルム部品の製造方法。
