Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricaci?n de una pieza laminar embutida, al menos parcialmente impresa, metalizada y/o recubierta de cualquier otro modo, con al menos los siguientes pasos de procedimiento: se proporciona un trozo de l?mina plano, al menos parcialmente impreso, metalizado y/o recubierto de cualquier otro modo por una o ambas superficies, compuesto por al menos un pl?stico termopl?stico y que comprende al menos una secci?n de l?mina que en cuanto al tama?o y la impresi?n, la metalizaci?n y/o el recubrimiento equivale a la pieza embutida que se ha de fabricar; este trozo de l?mina se sujeta en un marco en disposici?n definida, apoy?ndose sobre el marco ?nicamente las secciones marginales del trozo de l?mina; el trozo de l?mina colocado en el marco se introduce en una zona de calentamiento en la que se calienta al menos la secci?n de l?mina a la temperatura predeterminada; y el trozo de l?mina as? calentado se introduce a continuaci?n r?pidamente en una zona de moldeo en la que se solicita directa e inmediatamente con un medio de compresi?n fluido a una presi?n del medio de compresi?n superior a 20 bar y se conforma isost?ticamente en un plazo inferior a 5 segundos para dar la pieza embutida deseada, caracterizado porque el calentamiento se efect?a de manera que al menos una cara de la secci?n de l?mina completa o de la mayor parte de la secci?n de l?mina presente una temperatura superficial de la l?mina comprendida en el intervalo de 10 a 65?C por encima de la temperatura de reblandecimiento Vicat B/50.
