Claims (4)
- 密閉チャンバの内圧を所定の圧力に維持する内圧制御装置において、
無菌フィルタを介して外部と連通し、前記密閉チャンバ内に給気する給気通路と、無菌フィルタを介して外部と連通し、前記密閉チャンバから排気する排気通路と、前記給気通路を開閉する給気バルブと、前記排気通路を開閉する排気バルブと、これらバルブの開閉を制御して密閉チャンバ内の内圧を所定の陽圧に維持するように制御する制御手段とを備えるとともに、
前記排気通路は、無菌フィルタを介して前記密閉チャンバーと連結され、
前記排気通路の、無菌フィルタと排気バルブの間に、密閉チャンバ内の急激な圧力変動を緩和する圧力緩和手段を設けたことを特徴とする密閉チャンバの内圧制御装置。 - 前記圧力緩和手段が、排気通路を構成する排気ダクトの一部に設けた伸縮性部材からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の密閉チャンバの内圧制御装置。
- 前記圧力緩和手段が、排気通路を構成する排気ダクトと連通する気体収容容器から成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の密閉チャンバの内圧制御装置。
- 前記密閉チャンバは、外部雰囲気から隔離されて内部が無菌状態に維持されたアイソレータに連結されたパスボックスであって、蒸気状態の除染媒体を導入する導入口を備えており、密閉された状態で除染媒体が導入されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の密閉チャンバの内圧制御装置。
