Description
図1は、本発明の合わせガラス1の一例を示す断面図である。本発明の合わせガラス1は、第1のガラス基板2、第1の接着層3、導電フィルム4、第2の接着層5、および第2のガラス基板6がこの順に積層されたものである。なお、導電フィルム4には、図示しないが、最外層となる酸化物層42上に保護層が形成されていてもよいし、他の性能を有する層を有していてもよい。

本発明の導電フィルム4の製造方法は、チャンバー内に樹脂フィルム41を配置する配置工程と、樹脂フィルム41が配置されたチャンバー内の全圧が1×10−4Pa以下となるように脱気する脱気工程と、樹脂フィルム41上に、物理蒸着法により酸化物層42と金属層43とを交互に(2n+1)層(nは1以上4以下の整数)積層して導電フィルム4を得る成膜工程とを有することを特徴とする。
樹脂フィルムとしてのPET基板(東洋紡製、商品名:コスモシャイン(登録商標)、厚さ100μm)を真空チャンバーに投入し、全圧(水分圧)が8×10−5Paになるまで排気した(配置工程、脱気工程)。
PET基板を真空チャンバーに投入し、全圧(水分圧)が1×10−4Paになるまで排気した後、平均水分圧が1×10−4Paとなるようにして酸化物層や金属層等を形成したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして導電フィルムを得た。

PET基板を真空チャンバーに投入し、全圧(水分圧)が5×10−4Paになるまで排気した後、平均水分圧が5×10−4Paとなるようにして酸化物層や金属層等を形成したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして導電フィルムを得た。
この際、Stoneyの公式;
σ=E(t2)/6(1−ν)Rd …(式2)
を援用し、基板の物性値としては、厚みt=100μm、弾性率E=2GPa、ポアソン比 ν=0.3とした。また、導電層の厚みd=240nmとした。
R=(L2)/8h …(式3)
と記述することができる。これら式2、3を用いて応力を計算した。符号は、負の場合が圧縮応力、正の場合が引っ張り応力である。結果を表2に示す。
Claims (3)
- 第1のガラス基板、第1の接着層、導電フィルム、第2の接着層、および第2のガラス基板がこの順に積層され、前記導電フィルムが、樹脂フィルム上に酸化物層と金属層とが交互に(2n+1)層(但し、nは1以上4以下の整数)積層された合わせガラスであって、
前記酸化物層は、前記酸化物層を主として構成する酸化物に対する前記酸化物層に含有されるH原子のモル比に、前記酸化物層における全酸化物に対する前記酸化物層を主として構成する酸化物のモル比を乗じて算出されるH量が0.03以下であることを特徴とする合わせガラス。 - 前記酸化物層が、ZnOを主成分とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記第1の接着層および前記第2の接着層は、ポリビニルブチラール樹脂を主成分とすることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の合わせガラス。
