Description
また、第1発明において、前記酸化ニッケル微粉末は、衝撃固着法・噴霧造粒法・ゾルゲル法の何れかによって前記電融ジルコニア粒子の表面に固着されたものである。これらの固着方法によれば、微粉末であっても凝集が抑制されるので、酸化ニッケル微粉末の大きな比表面積を殆ど損なうことなくこれが電融ジルコニア粒子表面に固着されたアノード支持体用原料を得ることができる。
Claims (4)
- 固体酸化物形燃料電池を構成するためにカソード層との間で固体電解質層を挟んで設けられるアノード支持体を製造するための原料であって、
平均粒径10〜50(μm)の範囲内の電融ジルコニア粒子と、
前記電融ジルコニア粒子の表面に粒子単位で固着された比表面積1〜12(m2/g)の範囲内の酸化ニッケル(II)微粉末とを、含み、
前記酸化ニッケル(II)微粉末は、衝撃固着法・噴霧造粒法・ゾルゲル法の何れかによって前記電融ジルコニア粒子の表面に固着されたものであることを特徴とするアノード支持体用原料。 - 前記電融ジルコニア粒子の平均粒径Dおよび前記酸化ニッケル(II)微粉末の比表面積SAは、4≦D/SA≦8を満たすものである請求項1のアノード支持体用原料。
- 前記電融ジルコニア粒子および前記酸化ニッケル(II)微粉末は、7:3〜5:5の範囲内の質量比で含まれるものである請求項1のアノード支持体用原料。
- 固体酸化物形燃料電池を構成するためにカソード層との間で固体電解質層を挟んで設けられるアノード支持体の製造方法であって、
前記請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか1項に記載のアノード支持体用原料を所定形状に成形する成形工程と、
得られた成形体に1400(℃)以下の最高保持温度で焼成処理を施す焼成工程と
を、含むことを特徴とするアノード支持体の製造方法。
