Claims (19)
- オイルフリーで非乳性の室温で長期安定な液状白色化組成物であって、
組成物の全重量に対して0.05〜1重量%の量の二酸化チタン、及び、
二酸化チタンを、液状白色化組成物中と、その液状白色化組成物を添加する水性媒質中との両方で懸濁させるために十分な量の微結晶セルロース(MCC)、カルボキシメチルセルロース(CMC)及びカラギーナンのブレンドを含み、MCC及びCMCの合計量が組成物の全重量に対して0.1〜1重量%である、安定化システム
を含み、
安定化システムが、周囲温度で少なくとも9カ月間、液状白色化組成物を組成物として均質状態に維持し、さらに、
安定化システムが、水性媒質中で白色化組成物を懸濁させる、
組成物。 - 緩衝剤を、製品安定性及び官能特性を保証するのに十分な量及びpHでさらに含む、請求項1に記載の液状白色化組成物。
- 二酸化チタンの量が、組成物の全重量に対して0.25〜0.65重量%である、請求項1又は2に記載の液状白色化組成物。
- 二酸化チタンが、0.2〜0.4ミクロンの平均粒径を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の液状白色化組成物。
- MCC及びCMCの合計量が、組成物の全重量に対して0.2〜0.6重量%である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の液状白色化組成物。
- MCC及びCMCが、3:1〜30:1の重量比で存在する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の液状白色化組成物。
- MCC及びCMCが、8:1〜12:1の重量比で存在する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の液状白色化組成物。
- カラギーナンが、カッパカラギーナンとイオタカラギーナンの混合物であり、組成物の全重量に対して0.005〜0.2重量%の量で存在する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の液状白色化組成物。
- イオタカラギーナンに対するカッパカラギーナンの重量比が、10:1〜1:15である、請求項8に記載の液状白色化組成物。
- 甘味料を、組成物の全重量に対して0.1〜50重量%の量でさらに含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の液状白色化組成物。
- 組成物の全重量に対して10〜65重量%の間の総固形分を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の液状白色化組成物。
- 保存剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の液状白色化組成物。
- 酸性化剤を含む、請求項12に記載の液状白色化組成物。
- 二酸化チタンが、0.2〜0.4ミクロンの粒径を有し、
MCC及びCMCが、3:1〜30:1の重量比で存在し、カラギーナンが、カッパカラギーナンとイオタカラギーナンの混合物であり、組成物の全重量に対して0.005〜0.2重量%で存在し、イオタカラギーナンに対するカッパカラギーナンの重量比が、10:1〜1:15である、
請求項1に記載の液状白色化組成物。 - 水、飲料形成成分、及び飲料を白色化するのに十分な量の、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の白色化組成物を含む飲料。
- 飲料形成成分が、コーヒー、紅茶、チョコレート、又は果実飲料である、請求項15に記載の飲料。
- 二酸化チタン及び微結晶セルロース(MCC)、カルボキシメチルセルロース(CMC)及びカラギーナンのブレンドを、粉末形態で用意するステップと、
二酸化チタン及びMCC、CMC及びカラギーナンのブレンドを、熱水中で撹拌しながら混合して混合物を生成するステップと、
混合物を、超高温度(UHT)処理法を用いて殺菌するステップと、
混合物をホモジナイズするステップと、
混合物を冷却し、無菌条件下で充填するステップと
を含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の白色化組成物を調製する方法。 - ホモジナイズするステップが、UHT処理の前、UHT処理の後、又はUHT処理の前及び後に行われる、請求項17に記載の方法。
- オイルフリーで非乳性の室温で長期安定な液状白色化組成物であって、組成物の全重量に対して0.05〜1重量%の量の二酸化チタンを含む組成物、を調製するための安定化システムの使用であって、
安定化システムが、液状白色化組成物中と、その液状白色化組成物を添加する水性媒質中との両方で白色剤を懸濁させるのに十分な量の(MCC)、カルボキシメチルセルロース(CMC)及びカラギーナンのブレンドを含み、MCC及びCMCの合計量が組成物の全重量に対して0.1〜1重量%の量であり、
安定化システムが、周囲温度で少なくとも9カ月間、液状白色化組成物を組成物として均質状態に維持し、さらに、
安定化システムが、水性媒質中で白色化組成物の懸濁及び乳化を起こす、
