Claims (4)
- 2本のヘッダパイプと、前記ヘッダパイプ同士を連結する複数の偏平チューブと、前記複数の偏平チューブの偏平面に取り付けられる複数のフィンを備えたパラレルフロー型熱交換器を搭載する空気調和機において、
外気温度を測定する感温素子が感温素子ホルダにより前記熱交換器に取り付けられるものであり、
前記感温素子ホルダは、前記感温素子を保持する本体部と、前記本体部の端に位置するとともに隣接する前記偏平チューブ同士の間に入り込んで前記ヘッダパイプの一方を把持する把持部とを備え、前記把持部で前記ヘッダパイプに連結した前記感温素子ホルダは、前記把持部の裏側となる箇所に形成された突起が当該空気調和機のハウジング内面に当接することによって前記把持部を支点とする回転を阻止されることを特徴とする空気調和機の感温素子取付構造。 - 前記感温素子ホルダには、前記把持部から離れた箇所に、前記熱交換器に対する当たりとなる突起が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和機の感温素子取付構造。
- 前記把持部は、前記ヘッダパイプの中央付近を把持することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の空気調和機の感温素子取付構造。
- 前記感温素子ホルダは前記本体部に蓋部をヒンジ部で連結し、前記本体部と前記蓋部の間に前記感温素子を挟んで保持し、前記感温素子への配線が位置する箇所には前記本体部と前記蓋部の両方に通気孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和機の感温素子取付構造。
