- ガス抜きシステムと、
底面プレート(22)と、
少なくとも1つのバッテリセル(16)を備える、前記底面プレート(22)上に配置された少なくとも1つのセルモジュール(12)と、
を有するバッテリ(10)において、
前記バッテリセル(16)は、セル端子(14)を備える上面(34)及び少なくとも1つのガス抜き開口部(18)を備える下面(36)を有し、
前記底面プレート(22)は、少なくとも1つの前記ガス抜き開口部(18)の箇所に、受容領域への少なくとも1つの通過部を有し、
前記下面(36)は、前記上面(34)と対向しており、
前記下面(36)は、重力の方向において前記上面(34)の下方に配置されており、
前記セルモジュール(12)は、前記底面プレート(22)とねじ止めされており、少なくとも1つの前記バッテリセル(16)と前記底面プレート(22)との間を封止するためにOリング(20)が配置され、前記受容領域は、前記バッテリセルからの漏出物により損傷を受け得る他の部分に対して封止されている、
バッテリ。 - 前記底面プレート(22)は、ガス抜き通路を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記底面プレート(22)には、捕集容器(26)が前記受容領域として組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記底面プレート(22)には、冷却のための少なくとも1つの適当な手段が組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記底面プレート(22)は、ハウジングプレート(28)上に組み付けられており、
前記ハウジングプレート(28)は、少なくとも1つの成形部品(32)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリ。 - 前記成形部品(32)は、逆止弁を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリ。
- 少なくとも1つの前記バッテリセル(16)は、リチウムイオン電池であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリ。
- ガス抜きシステムと、
底面プレート(22)と、
少なくとも1つのバッテリセル(16)を備える、前記底面プレート(22)の上に配置された少なくとも1つのセルモジュール(12)と、
