Description
Claims (10)
- xは、0.001と3.0の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の材料。
- 前記蛍りん光体は、組成式(Sr2.96Eu0.01Er0.03)Al9.4B0.4Si1.2O19.8N0.2を持つことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の材料。
- 蛍りん光体の製造法であって、
前記製造法は、
ユーロピウムと、REと、Srと、Alと、Bと、Siとの、ある量の窒素含有化合物、酸素含有化合物、または、酸素含有化合物の共沈殿混合物を準備する工程であって、このとき、REは、Dy、Nd、Er、Ho、Tm、Yb、Smの少なくとも1つである工程と、
前記化合物を混合して混合物とする工程と、
還元性雰囲気中、900℃と1700℃の間の温度で、前記混合物が、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の前記一般式の蛍りん光体に変換するのに十分な時間、前記混合物を焼成する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする、蛍りん光体の製造法。 - 前記酸素含有化合物は、酸化物、炭酸塩、クエン酸塩、カルボン酸塩、およびこれらの組み合わせから成る群より選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の製造法。
- 蛍りん光体を含む製品であって、
前記製品は、
構造体と、
蛍りん光体と、
を含み、
前記蛍りん光体は、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の前記一般式を含むことを特徴とする、蛍りん光体を含む製品。 - 前記構造体は、安全用器材、玩具、入力装置、標識、非常口表示、計器盤制御機器、電気スイッチ、回路遮断スイッチ、家具、通信機器、腕時計文字盤、携帯電話、キーボード、腕時計文字盤の数字、時計文字盤、時計文字盤の数字、台所用品、家庭用品、ラベル、自動車ダッシュボード制御盤、段板、衣類、照明、武器照準器、テキスタイル、およびディスプレイから成る群より選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の製品。
- 前記蛍りん光体は、前記構造体の材料に組み込まれていること、及び/又は前記蛍りん光体は、前記構造体に付着した薄膜に組み込まれていること、及び/又は前記蛍りん光体は、前記構造体に塗布した塗料組成物に組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項7から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の製品。
- 前記構造体は、ポリスチレン、高衝撃ポリスチレン(HIPS)、スチレン−ブタジエン共重合体、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレン、ポリウレタン、ポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)、ポリエチレンテレフタラートグリコール(PETG)、ポリプロピレン、およびこれらの組み合わせから成る群より選ばれる熱可塑性マトリックスを含んでいること、及び又は前記構造体は、シリコーンRTV樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ポリエステル、フェノール−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、メラミン、およびこれらの組み合わせから成る群より選ばれる熱硬化性プラスチックマトリックスを含んでいること、及び又は前記構造体は、ガラス、セラミック、またはこれらの組み合わせを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項7から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の製品。
