Description
本発明によれば、電動弁の手動制御機構を釈放するバネ式のアンチバックオフ機械装置が提供される。
本発明によれば、手動制御機構の回転方向に拘わらず同一トルクを伝達可能なバネ式のアンチバックオフ機械装置が提供される。
前記の如き機械装置において、バネが、図面を参照しての以下の説明によって明らかなように、モーターと手動制御ハンドルとの間を移動する。
本発明で使用する円筒状バネは、好ましくは接触する巻部を有し、断面が丸形又四角形、好ましくは四角形であり、適宜の剛性材料、例えばスチール、より好ましくはC60スチール製である。
円筒状バネ7は、その各巻部とリング部8の内壁との間の、無負荷状態の円筒状バネの直径、剛性、断面の関数であるところの滑りトルクが、通常作動状況下に手動制御ハンドル4から伝達されるトルクよりも大きく、かくして操作フィンガー部6を回転させると、ベル状ハウジング9がリング部8の内壁に対して接触状態で錠止され且つリング部に固定取り付けした円筒状バネ7によって回転せしめられるようなものを選択する。
従って、操作フィンガー部6はバネ7によっては駆動されずに不動状態に維持され、この操作フィンガー部を固定取り付けたハンドル4も同様に不動状態に維持される。
逆に、手動制御の場合は滑りトルク値がC1に達すると操作フィンガー部6がバネの端部7a及び7bを直ちに回転させるのでシステムの閉塞が防止され得る。
図2には、図1に示すバネ式アンチバックオフ機械装置の1セクションが示され、各部品がベル状ハウジング9の底部位置に取り付けられている。
図3には、図1のバネ式アンチバックオフ機械装置の他の実施例が示され、バネの各端部が外側に湾曲されている。従って、この実施例では動作モードは異なるが適用される原理は同じである。
円筒状支持体17は、ウォームギヤ12を支持するシャフト11上に取り付けられる。ウォームギヤ12は、シャフト11のヘッド部と、円筒状支持体17の内面上とに図1に示すように夫々設けた2つの溝と相互作用するキー13によって支持され、従って、円筒状支持体17はサーボモーターによって回転される。

Claims (10)
- 手動制御式の電動システムであって、
手動制御ハンドル(4)と、同じ1つのシャフトに作用するモーターとを固定状態に不動化又は釈放し得るバネ式のアンチバックオフ機械装置を含み、
該バネ式のアンチバックオフ機械装置が、モーターの回転シャフト上で前記モーターによって回転するように取り付けたシリンダー(9、17)の内部又は上部に取り付けた円筒状バネ(7、16)、を含み、
前記円筒状バネがシリンダーと共回転可能であり、円筒状バネの各巻部が、シリンダーの内面又は外面と接触し、該円筒状バネの各端部が前記手動制御ハンドル(4)との接触状態となり得、
前記円筒状バネ(7、16)の各端部(7a、7b、16a、16b)が該円筒状バネの軸方向に直交する方向において内側又は外側に湾曲され、前記手動制御ハンドル(4)が、操作フィンガー部(6)又は駆動シリンダー(20)を介して、円筒状バネ(7、16)の前記円筒状バネの軸方向に直交する方向において内側又は外側に湾曲された各端部の一方又は他方に作用し得、円筒状バネ(7、16)の回転が、円筒状バネの前記各端部(7a、7b、16a、16b)の一方又は他方に抗して作用するストッパによって制限されるバネ式のアンチバックオフ機械装置を含む手動制御式の電動システム。 - 円筒状バネ(7、16)が、接触する各巻部を有する円筒状バネである請求項1の手動制御式の電動システム。
- 円筒状バネ(7、16)が、実質的に四角形断面の各巻部を含む請求項2の手動制御式の電動システム。
- 円筒状バネ(7)の2つの端部が内側に湾曲された請求項1〜3の何れかの手動制御式の電動システム。
- 円筒状バネ(7)の湾曲された2つの端部(7a、7b)が、円筒状バネの直径位置の
平面の何れかの各側部に実質的に対称配置される請求項4の手動制御式の電動システム。 - 円筒状バネ(7)の2つの端部の各湾曲部分に接する直径位置の各平面間の間の角度が、操作フィンガー部(6)を配置するところの90°〜180°の角度範囲部分を形成し、他方、固定された釈放プレート(15)が、シャフトに関して実質的に対称配置される請求項5の手動制御式の電動システム。
- 操作フィンガー部(6)が円筒状バネ(7)の内側に、当該円筒状バネの全高さに渡り入り込む請求項1〜6の何れかの手動制御式の電動システム。
- 円筒状バネ(16)の2つの端部が外側に湾曲される請求項1〜3の何れかの手動制御式の電動システム。
- 円筒状バネ(16)が、2つのストッパを有するシリンダー(18)内に配置した円筒状支持体(17)上に取り付けられ、前記2つのストッパの各々が、円筒状バネの湾曲された各端部の湾曲部の外側部分と相互作用する請求項8の手動制御式の電動システム。
- 回転シャフトが弁の開閉に関して作用する請求項1の手動制御式の電動システム。
